I just got back on Pokemon AGAIN i just can't seem to stay away from it. Right now I'm playing throughPokemon Green. I think the only reason that I wasn't playing pokemon was because my original DS broke, so now that I have a DS light I'm back on the stuff . And now I hear that the next one is due out in March, I know it is just an update to Diamond/Pearl so at least it won't ruin my life like those did (I put 600 Hours into Pearl)

On a side note I picked up a TON of valve games that I have never played before like Half Life, Counter Strike and Day of Defeat. Man... Valve can make one hell of a game

Hey everybody. I plan on getting a new DS soon (I had one a while ago but it broke) so my question is what games could you recommend that I play? I like all kinds of games except Sports and racing. Thanks in advance

Well NXE is out and I have had time to play around with it for a little while ( i don't have netflix) and over all I like it, the new menus are intuitive and it looks really slick.

 One of the most talked about features in NXE is of course the avatars and I kind of like them, sure they are a lot like Miis but the avatars have more customization and i like that

 Another big new feature is the option to install games to your harddrive which gives you slightly faster loading times (with the exception of Halo 3) and a quieter system while playing and that is rad.

Also with NXE are the community games and so far most of them are preaty bad coliseum is cool and the pirate one (I forget the name) is neat but the rest kinda suck.

Over all NXE is pretty cool but not with out problems. If you want to See my avatar look at my gamer card (My brother says it looks like Ash from pokemon but emo)

Well yah I FINLAY bought metal geat solid 1-3 (i have never played metal gear solid before) and I'm almost done with metal gear solid. So far I really like the series but I don't like most of the boss fights they just don't work whith the controls imo.

I also just started playing Perfect World international. its a F2P MMO and it's really good. here is a link to the games' website LINk

I just saw Tropic Thunder. I like it it was really funny it is my favorite Movie whith Tom Cruise in it and Robert Downey Jr. was great. If you can get past a bunch of swearing through out the whole move and a ton of silly gore in the first half hour I recommend it.

I just played through the Too Human Demo and I must say I am not impressed. If you have been following Too Human at all you will know that you use the Right Stick to attack which leaves the Left Bumper for camera. While the left bumper is used to snap the camera behind you the right stick is freed up to use for attacks, bbbuuuuuttttt the way it works is like this.

#1 Hold Right analog stick in the direction of an enemy.

#2 You dash straight at the enimy and as long as you hold the stick down you will continue to attack the enemy until he is dead.

#3 Point the Right Stick at the next enemy.

ECT.

you also have guns but in the time you get with the Demo you can't get them strong enough to be any use.

As for the rest of the demo, the graphics are okay and the voice acting is passable.

But I haven't given up yet Maybe after the demo the game will get really good or something we will just have to see.

But my predicted GS score is 6.5/10

On a different note I saw the new Hellboy movie, It was really good.

Thompson facing permanent disbarment, $44K fine

In his often heated communiqués to the press, ardent anti-game activist John B. "Jack" Thompson often used fiery religious rhetoric to portray the perceived righteousness of his cause. Today, however, the Miami area attorney is likely looking for some divine intervention on his own behalf, after a Florida judge recommended he be permanently banned from practicing law in the state.

In a 169-page ruling issuedtoday, Judge Dava Tunis said she felt that the Florida Bar's recommendation that Thompson be forbidden to practice law in the state for 10 years was too lenient. Citing a 1996 precedent, she said that first, any "judgment must be fair to society, both in terms of protecting the public from unethical conduct and at the same time not denying the public the services of a qualified lawyer as a result of undue harshness in imposing penalty. Second, the judgment must be... sufficient to punish a breach of ethics and at the same time encourage reformation and rehabilitation. Third, the judgment must be severe enough to deter others who might be prone or tempted to become involved in like violations."

Citing these three guidelines, Tunis recommended a penalty of "permanent disbarment" for Thompson "with no leave to reapply for admission." She also ordered him to pay the court $43,675 in "disciplinary costs," including $23,538 to pay for transcripts used to outline 27 violations of five Florida bar rules.

"Respondent [Thompson] was found guilty of three violations of rule 4-8.4(c) for engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation," said Judge Tunis in her ruling. "Respondent was also found guilty of making false statements (two violations of 4-3.3(a)(1) and two violations of 4-8.2(a)). Further, he has repeatedly indicated, verbally and in writing, that his conduct is justified to promote and champion his personally engendered moral values and causes."

"The Bar has clearly shown the Respondent's continuing pattern of misconduct as alleged in the Bar's complaint," Tunis continued. "He has indicated his intent to continue to engage in the misconduct and his conduct before this Court during the almost 18 months of litigation, has clearly corroborated that as fact." As evidence, she pointed to two orders by the Supreme Court of Florida earlier this year which "abused the legal system by submitting numerous, frivolous and inappropriate filings."

In a statement sent out to the press today, Thompson repeated his assertions that Tunis has no jurisdiction due to the fact her loyalty oath is, according to him, forged. Last month, he repeated his accusation before abruptly walking out of a hearing in Tunis' court.

Happy 4th of July everyone!!!! what are you doing/did you do to celebrate we are having a barbecue of sorts with some family. Have a happy one!!!!!!!!!ELEVEN

ColossalCon was fun this year. The big problem was space. and I mean it, the hallways where SUPER cramped, and the dealers room was so full there was A frigging huge line just to get in. They had 2 game rooms one with just rhythm games, it had your staggered fare of DDR, Rock Band and beatmainia but also cool stuff like Tyko Drum Master and a DDR arcade machine. The other game Room had some cool stuff like Naruto:GNT 4 and Brawl. And a new personal favorite Bleach Blade Battlers 2nd, I even got 3rd place in a turmente for Bleach BB 2nd having just played for the first time at that convention. They had this energy Drink for sale the has 4900% of your daily recommended amount of B12 and I did not see that till I had 3 of them

Some of the cosplay was really good this year. Some notable ones where 2 people as L and Light handcuffed to geather and someone as Johny napalm from GH: 80s.

I also picked up 2 new manga series while I was there.

and eyeshield 21

In the end it was really fun and I can't Wait till next year

( On a side note I googled ColossalCon 08 and This was my first resault Weird Huh?)

It's just two days till ColossalCon 08. A yearly anime and Manga Convention that takes place in the Ohio area.

This will be my 3rd year going. Friday can't get here fast enough. So naturally I won't be on Friday or Saturday.

I will blog about it on Sunday or Monday.

It's fun and the challenge level is good at not being easy but not frustrating.

The level editor is really good. ( I might post pictures of my levels later )

And it is a great new co-op game to play whith my Brother.

Also, I saw the New Hulk Movie. It was really good.
