Surviving the first week...
Everyone I know has had Modern Warfare 2 since the week before it's street date. I haven't gotten the game yet because of Black Friday coming up and I'm currently unemployed. Saving my unemployment I told myself to stick to the plan this year and finally get that HDTV I've been itching to get since I got my 360 last January. I was so tempted to get MW2, but I kept focused by going for the Gears of War 2 achievement to reach level 50, which I just got thanks to the help of the triple experience week. I'll be playing horde for the remainder of the week to get my mind off ANOTHER big game release that I want: LEFT 4 DEAD II. I have a week and a half then it's turkey day & hopefully my first weekend in my home playing in high-def without having to go to the living room.

One More Week (or five days if you're out here in NYC) Til Modern Warfare 2
I finally ended Lost and Damned(last night Nov. 3rd) and The Ballad For Gay Tony(last friday OCt 30th), which leaves me with Dead Space and Left 4 Dead on my "to complete/finish" list. I'm trying to come to a conclusion should I get Star Wars: Ultimate Sith Edition this wednesday, but Modern Warfare 2 is coming out and so is Left 4 Dead II. I also was thinking about saving my money starting this week and by the end of the month, I should have enough to get an HDTV.
I just seen the Prince of Persia trailer, looks alright. I love, LOVE, LOve, loVE the Pirates movies and knowing that it's the same team gives me the feeling it's going to be good. Even though it looks cheap and popcorny, I'll probably go see it.
P.S. - I still need one pigeon for GTA IV for that damn "Endangered Species" achievement, ![]()

Mile High Club
I FINALLY DID IT!!!!
I ended CoD4 on Vet last night, but the epilogue: Mile High Club, had me on edge til about 9am this morning. I was at the point where I was going to rip my skin off, but I decided to go to sleep and maybe rest would let me finish it. Which it did and now I'm ready for Modern Warfare 2. I wasn't going to get it unless I finished the campaign for the original.
P.S. - For those of you wondering why it took me so long to end it, I just recently got it back from my cousin who borrowed it over 8 months ago(I got the game a year ago) and never brought it back. :-)

Time For A Change
I just purchased Left 4 Dead, recieved my Call of Duty 4 back from my cousin(who had it since january), and my friend let me borrow his Dead Space. With all these new games to play, I've been playing each on expert/hard modes to get the most out of them before the end of the month/November. After ending Arkham Asylum so quickly I realized the only way to get my money's worth of the games I have is to finish them on expert since normal/hard don't cut it anymore. I have Gears 2 to finish on Insane but I'll get around to it later on in the year when I have the time.
Super Street Fighter IV
Capcom really hit the nail on the head with this one. Alot of fans are going crazy because some of the content that is going to be in this edition of the game should have been in the original game. I feel like it's 1995 all over again and Capcom is just improving on an already steller game. I love Street Fighter IV and my only problem with it was the stupid and pointless anime cut scenes.
8 new characters have been announced, one of them is Juri(a korean fighter). Dee Jay and T. Hawk have been confirmed for SUPER SFIV, but I wonder who the other 5 new characters will be. I hope Guy and R. Mika return. The addition of new ultras and tweaked lobby system; this is a must-have for any TRUE Street Fighter fan.
