Over my years I have watched many a tv show and as such it is so hard to put together a list of 10 characters that I have loved over the years. But I will give it a shot-
In no particular order--
Balki(Perfect Strangers)- I would have only been about 4 when I started to watch this show but Balki was always a great source of entertainment to me.
Elliott Reid(Scrubs)-- Finally, somebody alomost as crazy as me!
Veronica Mars( Veronica Mars)- She kicks butt and solves crime and filled the void left by Buffy.
Buffy Summers(Buffy the Vampire Slayer)- She could go at it with any monster and not have a hair out of place!
William the Bloody aka Spike(Buffy and Angel)- The badass the turned into a loveable rogue!
Fred Burkle(Angel)- So smart, so funny..just great.
Taylor(the OC)- Again another neurotic character I identified with.
Dr Perry Cox(Scrubs)- Doesn;t take crap from anybody. Is feared by one and all.
Dean Winchester(Supernatural)- Such a tough guy but his love for his little brother softens him.
Dr Niles Crane(Frasier)- just because I found him so hilarious over the years
So if you read my last blog you know that I went to the taping of the sideshow on thursday night. Welll if you are ever in sydney I highly recommend you attend. It was so good!! The episode I saw is on tonight so I might be in a blink and you will miss me bit on tv!
I am going to a taping of The Sideshow!! I go on the 24/5. Words can only begin to describe just how excited I am!! Hopefully it will be the first of many tapings I attend! If you haven't watched the Sideshow before you must tune in, you will be rewarded! Saturday night 7:30pm on ABC, be there or be square!
So tomorrow will mark the end of the OC. I know what you are all thinking get over it its a tv show! But it has been one of my ultimate guilty pleasures. Taylor is one of my favourite all time characters ever to appear on a TV show. It will be missed!
Well I have done it. I have finally booked my tour of Europe. 33 days from September. Its during Octoberfest as well!! Can't wait. Greek Islands here I come!!
One of my ultimate fandoms appart from my various TV shows is the Harry Potter series. And finally JK Rowling has given us a title to the last book!! "Deathly Hallows". I have already started musing over what this could possibly mean. Accio Book 7!!
I am so sick of commercial networks relentless promotions of one of their programs whilst another is still running. Tonight at the end of the Neighbours season final I was left a little bit irked as it went straight into a promo for So You think you can dance. Surely they could have held off for a couple of more moments. It seems we barely saw what happenned at the end! [/end rant]
How much do I love this show? Maybe my love has something to do with the fact that Daniel MacPherson is a hunk of spunk. But still it is a great show nonetheless. I just wish Ned would head back over to Australia. I hate how that majority of the characters are based in England.
I like the fact that Daniel MacPherson plays a former Aussie soap star trying to make it big in a serious role in the UK. Deja Vu much Daniel?
What an interesting little new icon we all seem to have. At first I was a little perplexed as to why we had it. But now I am guessing it has to do with Thanksgiving. Being not from America it took awhile for the penny to drop. Hmm, now I am craving turkey!
