wow. seems like its been such a long time since i've posted a blog. i was just curious if anybody has heard anything about the mtv show 8th & ocean? i haven't been watching tv as much as normal these past few months (although i do still catch the lastest episodes of grey's anatomy everytime they're updated on abc.com) so i probably wouldn't know if 8th & ocean was back on or if it will never show again. please give me some ensite. i really liked that show.
sincerely hopeful,

I was so sad to see LB go this past Monday. I cried for the entire finale (partly out of sadness, and partly at how awful the 3rd season is likely to be).
LB will never be the same without Kristen ("The Tease"), Jessica ("The Whore"), Jason ("The Badboy"), Stephen ("The Sweetheart"), and LC ("The Girl I Just Don't Like").
Next season looks very disappointing, but we'll have to wait and see just how disappointed we'll be.
It'll be a bittersweet feeling in the end knowing that everyone's moved on and that Laguna is changed forever. I guess now, all we have are memories.
Sincerely Nostalgic,

Nicole Ari "Kodjoe" (no longer "Parker") was on Montell today. The interview was soooo extremely cute. She co-hosted. Boris was there as well, and she got to interview him. I swear, I grow to love Nicole as an actress and as a person more and more each day. She's my favorite. She looked so beautiful on Montell too. Just glowing. I got my dad to tape it for me so, if you don't mind, I think I might just have to take a sit down and watch it again. Chao!
Sincerely Fanatical,

I really wasn't as into Commander-In-Chief this week as I usually am. It bored me. And Mrs. President's kids are about to drive me up a wall. I also read that their ratings are kinda slipping from week to week. I'm not surprised.
Sincerely Unimpressed,

I went to see The Gospel last night with my mom, and I must say, that movie is absolutely worth the price of admission and more. I got goosebumps from all of the beautiful gospel music I heard. From Yolanda Adams to Fred Hammond to Donnie McClurkin. All of the gospel greats made special appearances (I was expecting to see Kirk Franklin in it too, but that's another story). Did I mention Boris Kodjoe? Boris did a fantastic job in the film. Considering he is Jewish and has never been exposed to the "gospel" way of life, I think his performance was outstanding. Everyone, religious or not, she make an effort to see the movie. It will change your life.
Sincerely On A Jesus High,
- Ciara
