This blog is a copy of a forum post that I made in System Wars, so please take that into context. This is basicaly a rant about things that bother me in System Wars.

 I'm not sure why I come to these forums so often. Maybe it's because I
like the easy-to-use layout, or the level system, or maybe because I
can usually find the most recent news from all other websites posted
somewhere in here. Whatever the reason, there are a few things about
these forums that bother me and I need to vent:

 I am thouroughly tired of seeing phrases like, "You're a fanboy
blah blah blah." I hate the word fanboy. It should be banned from the
world in my opinion. It's a derogatory term used by people who don't
know how to use logic to back up their thoughts. "Bu bu bu teh (insert
anyting here)" line is used in way too many threads. Try to be
original. /Thread is used in way too many posts. You're not a god and
your logic isn't infallible. You can't end a thread just because you
say so, unless you're a moderator of course.

 I am tired of
people trying to tell me that any one console or hand-held is the
be-all end-all of this generation and anything else is for no0bz. If you really consider yourself a gamer, then you should find something positive in every console and handheld.
I realize that a lot of you are kids and teenagers without jobs and
that maybe you can't afford every gaming console. That's
understandable, but that doesn't mean every other console than your own
is trash just because you can't afford it. I like many different kinds
of video games. Every console will have exclusives and I will want to
play them. If you really believe that any one console doesn't have any games that you want to play then you are lying to yourself.

 All
I'm asking for is a little more understanding around this place.
Everyone is different and enjoys different kinds of games. Why do
people around here try to break other people down so often? If you're a
gamer you should be sharing your joy of games with others, not trying
to disparage them. I don't like it when people are labeled as Sheep,
Lemmings, or Cows. Those are more derogatory terms, and again should be
banned in my opinion. I realize that asking this of System Wars is
probably pointless. This post will fly down the pages into oblivion and
be forgotten, but for my own peace of mind I had to let these feelings
out. I truly don't know how much more I can take of this place as it
is. I hope someone around here agrees.
