UPDATE - ROUGH DRAFT EDIT 1

After reading lots of comments on here and other big videogame forum sites such as Gamespot, I decided to write an idea for the next Need for Speed game. I was planning on posting it on here as well as sending it directly to EA.

Honestly, I don't understand why EA went back to the racing simulation like ProStreet. They claim the reason ProStreet wasn't a hit was because it was a fully racing simulation game. But I believe they are wrong. I believe the reason it was frowned upon was because people don't want a racing simulation game from Need for Speed. They can get that by buying Gran Turismo, Forza, or any of the other fully racing simulation games. What the people want from EA and the Need for Speed franchise is the illegal, street racing scene. That's what really hit it off with the series.

Now I believe that we need to return and make almost a Underground 2/Most Wanted mix game with Next Gen updates and graphics of course.

With all this that I have read, I have compiled a game that I think will satisfy most. I do try to add as much realistic touches to this game as possible though so it still has the real life feel and effect. This is the game I have created. Please leave comments and let me know what you think. Give input if you'd like and also sign off on it if you agree because I think the more people that agree, at least with the basis of the story mode and game, then we can maybe get it through to EA and have a chance to get a good quality game out of them. We can fine tune the little stuff later, but for now. Let's get away from this racing sim and back to what Need for Speed should be.

Need for Speed: Back To The Streetsİ

Need for Speed returns to the streets and is here to stay with Need for Speed: Back to the Streets! Experience the world of street racing in an all new view where you start from nothing and work your way up through not only racing but meeting people and making contacts to get you further! Take on your competition from the streets of the City to the Beach!

Story/Background:

Ryan Patrick Michaels aka "RPM" has lived on the outskirts of Paradise Beach all his life. He recently moved into the heart of the city so he could attend a community college and hopefully find direction in his life. But disaster struck and Ryan soon ran out of money. He had always had a passion for cars and now in need a job, turned to Redline Performance. With some luck, Ryan was able to score a job driving parts and stocking.

One day at work, Ryan happened to over here some guys buy a turbo, that there was a big street racing going down that night on Sunset Drive. Ryan got off work at 8:00 so he thought he just might swing by and see what happens. When Ryan arrived, he was stunned to see the number of people that were gathered around the racing cars. There must have been hundreds! He struggled to get up close and to see the beautiful cars. A few minutes later a woman ran out in front of the cars. She held her arms up, and then quickly threw them down. The cars went flying off the line, RPMs screaming and turbos spooling up. Ryan immediately knew this is what he wanted to do; become a street racer and rule the city of Paradise Beach.

As you play through the career mode, you begin working for Redline Performance by day, and racing and building up your ride and rep by night, becoming the King of Paradise Beach.

Once you begin to earn enough money and have a high enough rep, you then have the option to leave Redline Performance and buy a piece of real-estate in which you build your own Garage and Performance shop with your own touches. There, you can build your own cars, tune them, and even dyno them! Of course you need to have enough money to buy the lifts and dynos for your garage before you can do that and start making the big money. Let's just hope your shop is big enough for all the business!

Ok so I ended up picking up Resistance: Fall of Man used at Gamestop a little over a week ago so I've been playing that. I've beaten the game and gotten all the intel so I've started playing online...

Does anyone have any tips for me for playing online? I seem to get hammered (haha) most of the time when I play and the big thing I notice is that to kill some people I have to unload a clip while others kill me in like 10 shots. Is that because they're a higher level than me and have more power??

Anyway, give me some feedback and any tips for playing online that you have, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!!

Alright so I've beaten GTA: IV, Need for Speed Undercover, Skate, and am about to beat Condemned 2 and now I'm looking for some good games, preferably shooter.

I'm looking to get them used at Gamstop and was looking at Resistance: Fall of Man and Rainbow Six Vegas. Which one is better? Or should I get a different game entirely? I'm not wanting to spend any more than $25 just to give you a price range.

Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks!

Also, I got a PS3 and I've been play Need for Speed Undercover and GTA IV. Both games are bad ass, Undercover was kinda short tho. I beat that in a few days even going back and forth between GTA IV.

GTA IV is just unbelievable tho. It is so realistic and so cool. I just beat the mission were you rob the bank with Packie and Michael dies. I can't wait to get further.

Well this game is pretty amazing so far. I think GS way under-rated it. I have only beat the first race day and haven't had time to mess around with the customization of cars or anything but as it stands this game should have at least a 7.5 if not an 8.0 so don't let GS determine if you get this game or not.

Ok, lately I have been looking for a Next gen system. I don't know if I should get a 80g PS3 or a Xbox 360 Elite.

Which do you think? And please give details of why if you could.

I already have a PS2 with about 30 games which makes me kinda want the PS3 so I can play those games but I have heard a lot of good from 360 plus its a Microsoft product.

Also, do either of them cost money for online? Cause I wanna play online but not if I have to pay money.

Well I just got this game on Friday and played it quite a bit over the weekend. Its pretty kick ass! Don't let the review on GS discourage you cause he is obviously an idiot. This game is off the hook. Totally, the best in the series. If you like Dynasty or Samurai Warriors you should definately get this game.

Hopefully I'll have a review up for it this weekend.

Its been out almost a week now.

Some how last weekend I ended up stumbling onto a bunch of airbrush design sites and different things people do with airbrushes and it got me really interested in it. Almost to the point of persuing it and learning how to do it.

So I was wondering, does anybody on here airbrush and if you do how hard is it?

Also, is there a special skool you can attend that teaches you how to make airbrush design?

One for Silverstein and the other for The Warriors.

Until Warriors Orochi comes out. I hope to get this game the day it does but we'll see.

I noticed last night that I hadn't beat Drakengard so I played that tonight and beat it. Well basically, I am 97% I just don't have all the weapons to unlock the last ending but I beat all the missions.

I also just beat PoP:T2T. Pretty cool ending and I really enjoyed the game. I kinda wish I had played Sands of Time and Warrior Within before it though.

I think I'm gonna start trying to get more RPG/Fantasy Action Adventure games cause lately I have been really into them. Know of any other good ones?

For some reason I have been listening to a lot of Three Days Grace recently. Mostly the One-X Album. I don't know why.

Also, has anybody got Silversteins new album Arrivals & Departures or Korns new album Untitled? I love them both. Evolution by Korn is my favorite on Untitled and I love Bodies and Words on Arrivals & Departures.
