UNCHARTED 2 Beta
Anybody out there up for some pillaging and plundering?
It's Good to be Back
I was gone for awhile.
Don't ask.
Good thing is, I'm back now and ready to rock out loud.
Classics That Never Get Old: Resident Evil 4
The pinnacle of 2005's Survival Horror genre. Resident Evil 4 still remains one of the greatest of titles down the line. It presents non-stop thrills that reel you in to the edge of your seat and doesn't just send chills down your spine, but taunt you enough to want you going back for more.
The game's stunning production values rival those of a movie-like feel (complete with wide screen) and exciting cinematic presentation.
Gameplay is cleverly designed with stunning panache, inspiring the over-the-shoulder camera system that would be looked up to by future games. Accompanied by creative context sensitive actions, instantaneous quick-time reaction events, it all wraps up in a hectically entertaining adventure.
Resident Evil 4 might not have moved the series' plot forward but it has certainly renovated the classic formula with a daring and memorable entry that can never be duplicated.
I'd waste another 3 hours of my life and go see it again.
WATCHMEN was absolutely spectacular. Sure, it had it's minor short comings but nonetheless proved to be everything the book was about, right down to the print. Didn't miss a shred of detail or psyche from each character.
And for those nay-sayers out there claiming that it's an utter disappointment, I think we can all agree that WATCHMEN was still left dignified after that movie. Unlike most comic-to-film or videogame-to-film adaptations nowadays. *cough* Max Payne *cough* *cough* Ghost Rider *cough*
I was mostly in awe concerning Jackie Earle Haley's performance as Rorschach. He pulled it off. Damn crazy nut pulled it off briantitly. Right down to screaming to the top of his voice...
"DOO ITTTTT!!!"
WATCHMEN's Alternate Ending (Just a rant and not a spoiler)
Rumor is the movie adaptation to Allan Moore's critically acclaimed graphic novel has an alternate ending.
Less than week left... not long now... almost here... hrrk.
