ElrahPrime's 2005-2006 Top Action Shows

Here are my top favorite action shows that I find really more suspenseful and thrilling.. Not alot in the list actually..

Next week, I'll be doing adventures. In other news, 24 and Jack Bauer won the Emmys!!!

And also, my benching went down from 355lb all the way down to 340lb and I don't know why. Amazingly, all that happened in one week. I think I must be overtraining myself.

ElrahPrime's 2005-2006 Top Funniest Shows

Anyways, just so you know, I'm ElrahPrime since ElrahPrime is always primarily my s/n .

Alright, based on the comedy shows I've seen so far from 2005-2006. Here are my top comedies as of right now.

22. Green Wing
21. Weeds
20. I'm Alan Partridge

I'll probably post the reason why they're in that list later. For the top 5 atleast.
Some of those shows, basically the new shows like Weeds, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, or My Name is Earl could really move up the list. Some of them are in that list due to the fact that they've had 5 or more seasons or just how much quality each episodes were within the seasons. Anyways, next I'll be doing action shows probably by tomorrow.

In other news, my benching went down and I really don't know why , but my deadlift and squat skyrocketed.

Prison Break Season 2 and Vanished Series Premiere

 PReYep, I've been waiting for this since May and
now, it's finally here! The season 2 premiere of one of the best television right now begins in 3 hours! And also, is anyone going to watch Walt Cumming's series premiere?! Hopefully, Vanished turns out great.


Anyways, I'm going to start the list anytime soon after I hit the gym or something. Sorry, it took pretty long .

Going to start listing my top shows...


Alright, in the upcoming week or even days, expect me to list all my top upcoming shows I've recently watched. First, I'm going to start it off with my top favorite funniest shows of all time, then I'll list my top favorite police drama shows of all time, etc., etc., then the last part of the week, I'm going to list my favorite top OVERALL shows of all time either counting down from 60-1 or 50-1 or whatever afterwards. Some of you may like the list, some of you won't. It depends what your favorite shows are . I might also do television characters.

Getting my strength back...


W00t! First blog post!

Man, yesterday has really been a weird day. There was a blackout in my town the entire night which is why I couldn't go online . What sucks even more is the fact that I had to sleep without the A/C on . Stupid thunderstorm. Anyways, lately, I've been having inconsistent days with my lifting. Sometimes, I do better than the past weeks or I do worse. I have good days and bad days alot, especially after I stopped taking NO Xplode. I guess NO Xplode is like Creatine in which if you stop taking it, you get and feel a little bit weaker. Anyways, here's my performance with my lifting on legs from yesterday at a bodyweight of 150lb.

16 sets of Full Squats (Butt touching the ground)

5 reps of 45lb x 2
2 reps of 135lb
3 reps of 135lb
3 reps of 225lb
1 rep of 275lb
1 rep of 315lb
1 rep of 365lb
1 rep of 385lb
2 reps of 365lb
7 reps of 315lb
4 reps of 335lb
14 reps of 225lb
10 reps of 225lb (Wider stance or what I like to call the 'Spiderman squat)
8 reps of 275lb
'til failure of 315lb

4 sets of Leg Extention

12 reps of 220lb
12 reps of 260lb
10 reps of 260lb + 2 weight blocks
15 reps of 260lb +6 weight blocks

I also did leg curls for my hamstring.

Here's my performances on Monday, doing chest.


15 sets of Bench Press

5 reps of 45lb x 2

3 reps of 185lb
3 reps of 225lb

1 rep of 325lb

Then ran about 3.39 miles in the threadmill for 30 minutes. This wasn't really the best day I've done with my benching or incline benching at all. I've been having really off days with my benching, but I'm getting there. Atleast, I managed to bench 350lb this time. Last week, I couldn't do it, but the week before that, I did it. Hopefully, it gets more consistent this time. Later tonight, I'm going to be doing deadlifts and work on my back.

Considering the fact that I only weight 150lb, that's pretty good.

Also, I would like to congratulate my friend, Rameen Hashemiyoon, for winning the powerlifting contest and taking 1st place on bicep curls and 2nd place on deadlifts. Heh, I guess I must have inspired the guy, huh? . Too bad I wasn't there to see it although he will send me pictures of his powerlifting contest, so I can put it in this blog either later today, tomorrow, or whenever.
