Peeved

You know what, I'm a little bit peeved.

Because I went on a pretty awesome vacation with my dad when I lived with him a few years back near Lake Chelan. The trip took us through some ghost towns in Montana and dropped us off in Yellowstone National Park.

Needless to say the whole trip was incredible but do I have any record of it? Well, kinda, but not in photographic form!

OK, I can't blame anyone for being a stupid kid and not backing up my pictures but I'm still gonna be pissed about it. A virus came along and ate up my pictures the very next day just like they'd never even been there. Not even a chance to upload the photos anywhere!

Now I'm starting to do intertesting things again and all I have is my crappy Blackberry cellphone camera most of the time; Which usually makes things look god awful.

So, I'm gonna get a new memory card for my real camera so it can take more than three pictures at a time YAY! and I can do that now cause I got a job YAY!

Wow, I'm Posting

Man, I don't even know why I haven't posted in this blog in so long, but whatever.

I played alot of Rollarcoaster Tycoon 3 the other day and made a pretty sick monarail system that loops through alot of mountains and islands and stuff. Ya, Rachel helped me out with that.

In other news X-Fire's live broadcasting system is awesome and I'm very surprised with all the updates I've missed in the like I dunno MONTHS I haven't had internet.

Does anyone even read this anymore?

Wow, look at all that stuff below, I must have been a perfectionist in, well, whatever year that post was made in.

What else, rented Fallout 3 got to lvl 8 I think.

Another New Light-Gun Game

I just picked up a copy of "Time Crisis: Crisis Zone" yesterday thanks to the paycheck from my new job.

It's an awesome game, I loved it in the arcades and now I can enjoy all the fast-paced machine gun action at home.

For those of you who don't know, it's been one of goals for awhile to get as many console ported light-gun games as possible.  With this new addition I now have 5 light-gun games total for my PS2.

-
Time Crisis II (Currently not working, need to buy a disk cleaning kit)
-
Time Crisis 3
- Time Crisis: Crisis Zone
- Ninja Assault
- Endgame

I'm thnking I might pick up either "Vampire Night" or "Resident Evil: Dead Aim" next but I also wanna get some PS1 light-gun games too, so I might get "Area 51", "Maximum Force" or the "Die Hard Trilogy".

Shelled Out For flOw

That's right, I just can't resist shopping at the PS3 online store.

I bought flOw for $7.99 and Gamespot was right about this game it's definantly more art then game.  But that doesn't mean it's bad, it's actually very fun and relaxing, I found myself getting sucked in pretty quickly, into the abyss....

flOw (PS3)

I'll be writing a review for the game soon as soon as I unlock all the available sea creatures, so keep an eye on my profile for that.

I like this song, it's get to take your anger out at. It's starts out innocently enough with a slower melody that almost makes you think this will be another sappy "I'll cry about my life" kinda song. Once the song picks up however, it becomes much more, switching back and forth between all out headbanging and slower but still catchy guitar riffs. However, they don't use very many different words in this song, there are some lyrics inbetween, but most of the song is just the same line..."She &%$#ing Hates Me".

I saw this video on the front page and thought I'd check it out, seeing as it was an exclusive premire and it was by Slim Thug, which was one of the three man crew that made the song "Tippin' on four fours" which I couldn't stop listening to for quite awhile. But once again I was dissappointed, although Slim Thug, Paul Wall and Mike Jones made, in my opinion, a masterpiece together, they aren't showing any talent at all on their own. One good thing I can say is, it's slightly better than the stuff Paul Wall is making, although it is just more of the same, repeating one line over and over (in this case "I ain't heard of that"), regardless of whether or not it fits in with the lyrics, self glorification (like saying other rappers are just throwing words together, when even their own music has no substance) and the ever so popular, "how many cigars, cars, women and backup homies can I fit in one video". The video tried to use the cheapest special effects I've ever seen in my life, which just made the video more complicated to follow than anything and, oh ya, I hope whoever that other other guy in the video trying to sing was gets hit by a car or something, or else I gurantee you will be seeing a single from him in like a month, and I thought it couldn't get worse. Birds of a feather need to stick together, so smash those southern heads back together and give us something new worth listening to...

Ever since I was introduced to Dre Dog while smoking with my friend awhiel back I've loved his work, the first song I heard was Killa Whale which I couldn't stop listening to. Then he made me listen to this one which I'd have to say is one of my top favorites for this artist. Although, as my friend pointed out, he seems to use the word caterpiller alot, he still has fresh rhymes, sure, they make no sense when strung together in a sentance and have no story to tell, but they're still pretty sick, especially in this song, where everything was made up off the top of his head. What especially made this song interesting to me as the fact that there was no beat in the background to speak of, which means he had to make the beat while he was already rapping, which takes like twice the talent in my opinion. I think thuis song basically proves his worth since he has nothing to lean on but himself and he doesn't fall over.
