I'd like to wish everyone a prosperous new year. Remember to be safe and if you drink please don't be an ass and drive. This years that is to pass in the next 9 hours has been a tough and fun one all rolled in together for me. But as the days roll on, I hope the new year will bring great things for us all.
What have I been up to you ask?
I joined a gym with my sister called
.
We started in September and are loving it. It's only $10 a month. You can't beat that. You can go anytime you want and just have fun trying to get that weight off. We have a goal for the next 6 months and we will meet it or my name isn't TVN.
Other than that I saw a some movies and have just been listening to music for literally every single day for hours.
Boomerang is about a playboy played by Eddie Murphy who ends up getting played himself. Of course there is some sappy love story in it at the end, but other than that, it's really funny and dirty.
The Prophecy stars Christopher Walken as The Angel Gabriel, who is sent down to earth in quest of a soul so evil, but he gets caught in his hatred of God's love for humans. It's quite good.
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans...not too bad, but not too good either.
I liked how the entire movie had an underlying thing about racism though.
I saw Heathers again, I never tire of it.
Then I watched a documentary that made me angry at law enforcement called Every F******* Day of My Life on HBO.
And I bought some too:
The Thanksgiving one with Charlie Brown.
I bought Be Cool and Barbershop 2 for $2 total.

Thanks to Gametrailers I bought two games after seeing gameplay of them.
This first one was
-It was only $4.99. It was well worth the price because the game is very fun and gory too. You choose between Red Riding Hood or some guy. I chose Riding Hood and she mans the machine gun really well. Killing zombies without it being some annoying FPS makes me smile.
The other one was
-This one was also $4.99 and I haven't played yet. All I know is, that it's one of the bloodiest games ever made. Thanks GT for the recommendations in that countdown.
What did I watch on TV you ask?
-He is a serial killer that kills bad people. But this season had a great twist with an ending that was not to be predicted.
-The greatness that is Paula Zahn uses her journalistic integrity to talk about different cases and interviews the people involved, good or bad. Fantastic show.
Everything else was sports related, ECW, Smackdown, TNA, RAW, damn near any Indy I can get my eyes on (thank you Facebook and Myspace) and ESPN.
And if it wasn't sports, they were syndicated shows, Golden Girls, Martin, Cosby Show, Roseanne and King of the Hill.
As for tonight I'll be watching pro-wrestling on TV for 4 hours!
Yes from 7-11pm I'll be enjoying this:

hey guys. i am soo sorry i havent posted in like 2 months. i have been really busy with school work, drama and other things. i am going to tell you some updates about me from the past 2 months.
- my sister is having a boy. so i am going to have a godson!!
- i am still single but i am liking my friend david (remember my last blog??)
- george is on house arrest since he got caught with weed. the cops found him and all of his friends smoking pot and now he is on house arrest.
- i am in love with the movie twilight. at first i didnt like it. i thought it was WAYYY to over rated. but at school we had to watch it and i fell in love with it. i am reading the first book now. almost done with it!!!
- on tuesday, i saw 17 again with zac efron in it. what a good movie. i almost cried when zac efron cried lol. dont ask.
- i dont go on tv.com that much and i deleted my myspace. i am not going to make another one cuz it gets annoying.
- i had my first fight at school last week. this girl slapped me in the face so i punched her in her face and we both got in trouble. but she hit me first.

It's been almost a year sine a wrote a blog. I haven't been on this site in ages. It looks so new and high tech. I kinda miss how it use to look.
Anyways, I've been real busy. I'm a senior now and hardly have time to be on the internet. If I am, it's for school or I'm checking my mail. All school year I have been busy. In the beggining, I was so busy with Marching Band. Then I was in the narrator in the Heritage Play. It's play about African American history. I'm editor of the yearbook and basically the only one who works one it so I'm after school everyday working on it. Now I'm in Showstoppers. This year we are doing Bye Bye Birdie. I'll be a dancer in it.
I've also been busy with applying to colleges. I'm so tired of it. Now, I'm just waiting on there responses and scholarships. So far I've been accepted to 6 six. Today, I called and I've been accapeted to 2 more. Now I'm waiting on 2 more. I've written so many essays. I'm tired of it. Once, I get all my acceptances I should go visit the schools. My plan is to go to the school who gives me the most. I'm really hoping for a full scholarship. These schools are so expensive.
Another thing, about a month ago we got Comcast Triple Play. Before we had corney Netzero and DTV. Now, I'm like on On Demand every day. I love it. They have so much good stuff to watch on there. And this fast internet. You don't understand, when I had Netzero there were times where I had to wait hours to watch a 2 minute video on Youtube. The only bad thing is that we had to get a new home phone number.
Speaking of phone, I just lost my cell phone last week. I feel horrible. This was my first phone ever. I had it for 2 years. I remeber I got it on 2/13/07. I was a sophomore and I was showing it off at school. I loved that phone. I turned it off and since we had that service for 2 years we're available for an upgrade. The phone I had was Samsung t-519 but I think I might get the Nokia 6301.
Oh yeah, in the summer time I got my first job. In July I worked at worked Burger King only for a month. I got fired for taking a Hershey pie. Man those things are good. I can't believe I actually got fired for that. They could've taken it out of my check or something. But I'm glad I did because I hated it there. The service was horrible. There would so many customers and like only 3 people working there. Then in August I worked at Taco Bell. It was much better. But really boring. It was the total opposite. Around here, not that many people eat Taco Bell compared to Burger King or McDonalds. I was a cashier and also had to wash the tables and sweep floors. I would be so bored that I would clean the same spots twice!!!
Well...this is all that has been happening to me since that least time a blogged. What's been going on with you?!?
yeah, i know. Haven't blogged in a while. Haven't been on in a while. Yeah, I promised being more active once new South Park came. Yeah, I've been watching all the new episodes (seen 'em all including tonight's hilarious HSM riff). But somehow, I haven't been coming to this site.
This all culminates in me receiving a message that I've been MIA from my Matt Stone guide. What the hell? I cannot recall any submissions to any of my guides in forever. Yet somehow, I keep getting messages that the "staff" had to come in and clear out my queue because someone had to wait more than a week for a submission response. My hope is that it is some new user who just wants some recognition but trying to call me MIA seems something that a more experienced user would do. Plus, I checked the guide and all of the trivia and notes and I see no changes at all from what was previously there. Maybe I'm wrong but I have a gut feeling that I'm not.
So, I had to reply with a response for my absense so I could retain the guide. Seriously, I enjoy the site but there are other things going on in my life like my job and school that take more priority than accepting and rejecting someone else's subs. I know the responsibility of being an editor and I still want to keep my guide. But if this continues, I might just give up for good.
Anyway, I've been playing Guitar Hero World Tour. I love it. A little bit easier on guitar but the drums are the real joy. It's a great game. I would totally recommend it.
Finally, I've been loving the new episodes of South Park. They've been excellent. My favorite would have to be "About Last Night..." as of now but that may change. I'm gonna try working on some more subs for that but I don't know if I'll have the ambition.

i ordered Wrestlemania 24, and i hate to say it, but i was pretty dissapointed, and thats very rare for me to complain about a WWE ppv, but anyway, it just didnt feel like Wrestlemania tonight, it felt like a very long episode of Raw.
Finlay vs JBL - far better than i expected it to be
Money in the Bank- Match of the night imo, and i was very surprised to see CM Punk winning it, im not really complaining, as i like CM Punk, but just kind of a rare curveball by WWE
BunnyMania- yawn, sorry, but when this was on, I got something to eat, and i went to the bathroom, but i did catch the end with Snoop attacking Santino, which was pretty funny
Shawn Micheals vs Ric Flair- the other match of the night, it was pretty sad, but i cant think of any other way for Flair to go out, At Wrestlemania, wrestling the Showstopper, and having your family ringside, it was for the best.
Floyd Mayweather vs Big Show- ok, probly my biggest problem with this ppv. what in the world were they thinking when they decided for Mayweather to win? what can they possibly gain by having a boxer come in and beat on of there top stars? honestly, stupid move by WWE, stupid stupid stupid. Bigshow is a mainstay for WWE, and we will never see Floyd again in WWE. it was a dumb move.
Batista vs Umaga- ok, kinda dissapointed with this one, the match itself was better than i expected it to be, and i am by no means a Batista hater, but jeez, what has become of Umaga, hes just a jobber anymore, i would love to see Umaga get a huge push, hopefully they have a rematch at Backlash and Umaga can win that one.
Chavo vs Kane- FINNALY Kane is getting a well deserved push, now theres an ECW champion if i ever saw one. hopefully he turns into a monster heel, that would be cool.
Cena/Orton/HHH- i was hoping to see a title change. i was rooting for HHH, but unfortanately, Randy Retains. The match itself could have been better, it had a few good spots, but i expected more.
Edge vs Undertaker- pretty good. again it could have been better, but maybe thier rematch will be better. and I am so glad to see Smackdown get the final match on the card at Wrestlemania for once!
overall, i would say that this is the worst Wrestlemania they have had in years. it wasent bad, but it wasent all that great, it didnt feel like Wrestlemania for me. they had a few technical difficulties, and i wasent crazy about the no ceiling factor either.
something else that really bugged me, not about Wrestlemania, but about TNA. ok, first off, they decide to Jeapordize one of the Highlanders future employment with WWE. they show him on camera. ok, he comes to watch your show, and support your product, and you practicly crap on his potential future with WWE. tottaly a bad move by TNA.
and 2 TNA is so desperate about being noticed, that they plan on flying a plane over the citrus bowl, with a TNA banner advertising thier show. pathetic, and sad. and the TNA wrestlers went to WWE events over the weekend, advertising their product. again, pathetic. im sorry TNA fans, but TNA is pretty pathetic to me at this point. I guess it would be foolish not to advertise thier show, but jee wiz, do they have to be annoying about it?

Anyways, the 2008 Royal Rumble was a little bit dissapointing to me as the arena seemed small, the big 30-man match ended badly, and overall the show didn't wow me. I think it was like that for me though because I was really tired, so now I don't mind much. But for those of you who wan't to know what happened, it's listed below:
Dark Match: Shannon Moore & Jimmy Wang Yang d. Deuce 'N Domino (6:10)
-Moore & Yang have been very exciting to watch as of late and I'm hoping that they get the Tag Titles soon.
Match #1: Ric Flair d. MVP by submission (7:49)
-Lots of pops for Flair; MVP pinned Flair and the match was sought to be over but Flair's foot was on the rope so the ref kept the match going. After reversing the Playmaker, Flair locked in the Figure-4 and won. [If Flair lost, he would have had to retire]
Match #2: JBL d. Chris Jericho by DQ (9:24)
-JBL didn't have his limo come out or as many pyros which was sad, but they put on a good match. Jericho hit JBL w/ a steel chair to lose and choked him with some cords as JBL did to him a few weeks earlier. Jericho's head hit the steel pole at one point and was bleeding pretty bad.
Match #3: Edge (w/ Vickie Guerrero) d. Rey Mysterio to retain the World Heavyweight Championship (12:34)
-The Edgeheads were sent to the back during the match, and Vickie tried to interfere and prevented Edge from getting hit w/ the 619 and got hit herself. Edge hit the Spear on Mysterio in mid-air and won. [The crowd wasn't really into this match as they sort of bood Rey and sort of cheered Edge]
Match #4: Randy Orton d. Jeff Hardy to retain the WWE Championship (14:06)
-Very exciting w/ each of them hitting their signature moves, but Jeff lost after an attempted Twist of Fate was reversed into an RKO.
Match #5: Royal Rumble Match [Won by John Cena who entered at #30] (51:33)
