Mother always said...
If you don't have something good to say don't say anything at all. Why can't people live by this? I scroll through the forums and see people discussing what they like about a game and a random person posting, "Well, I don't like this game because it's going to suck. This game is going to be much better."
Okay, that's great. Does this little post prove anything or add to the conversation? NO. We all have different opinions on what games are good and what games aren't. It isn't necessary for you, whoever you are, to come into a thread and let everyone in the world know that your system's game is going to be much shinier.
This whole forum thing wouldn't be so ridiculous and frustrating if people would just respect others. It's a free world and we shouldn't be conflictual just for the hell of it. Listen and learn people, don't try to force feed your opinions to people.
Mine is better than yours
So, why is it that people have to devote themselves solely to one console. I think that even if you can't afford to buy everyone, like me, then find someway to experience the games on every console. I don't think you can call yourself a gamer if you've never snapped necks as Snake, shot demons as Dante, blown up aliens as Masterchief, snuck into an army base as Sam Fisher, cleaned up the world as Mario, or saved the galaxy from space pirates as Samus.
Can I get an amen!
In addition, if there is anyone here that hasn't played any of Tim Schafer's games than they shall be stript of the label "gamer."
Avoiding the subject
Arguing online, fun isn't it. It seems to be everyone's motive to make the other person look as stupid as possible. Doesn't anyone actually want to have a conversation? It's called a FORUM for a reason. When I'm trying to make a point you shouldn't be picking away at my spelling errors. You should be adding to the conversation.
Stop being an ass.
