Does society make its villains or do villians make society?
Since I am a history major and a fan of action shows, I have been thinking lately about this question, "Does society makes its villains or do villians make society"? Then, I started to think about myself as an individual who joins to a so-called "minority group". During my teens, most of my peers were getting jobs while I had to fight for what I had to get out of society(and am still fighting). I couldn't chose how and who I was born, and maybe some villains in these shows feel as if they are part of minority culture as well. For example, inoneFairly Oddparents episode, the Crimson Chin tells Timmy about how the Bronze Kneecap and he knew each other before the Bronze Kneecap becoming a villain since he felt overshadowed. I can sympathize with the Bronze Kneecap since I always felt overshadowed.
Another thing to think about....Inner city children may feel less qualified than their suburban counterparts and chose dangerous, illegal jobs to make their way in society's doors.
So here is your question....Does society makes its villains or do villains make society?
