I'm booooooored!!!

It's Sunday afternoon and I've had the whole house to myself all weekend but realised how boring it is. You know when you're around lots of people all the time and all you need is time to yourself? Well when you finally get that time to yourself it is BORING!!!

And when I'm in this bored feeling, I don't feel like doing anything. Even though when I'm busy and don't have time to do anything I have a long list of stuff I could be doing. Such a horrible vicious cycle!

And I'm feeling semi nostalgic, coz this site is not what it used to be. So I'm not coming on here as often and I feel bad and slack for not chatting to you guys as much. I'm sorry.

Anyway this random babbling blog made me feel better for a bit. cyaz.

Yes can you believe it, I finally got around to blogging again! Because I finally managed to finish a whole bunch of OTH season 6 icons... hopefully they were worth the wait (that is if anyone comes to check out my blogs anymore ) So here they are.. guess the eps

Just a quick blog to let you all know that I am being incredibly lazy! I've been on prac the last week and 2 days and feel like time is flying by soo fast. Ok so the thing is I spend 6 hours at school - not getting to be the kid where you can sit there and not pay attention for half the day and get awesome lunch breaks but being the teacher where you have to think about what you are going to teach, plan the lesson, organise the lesson, deliver the lesson, keep kids motivated and on task, then evaluate the lesson and then do it all over again.

I'm not saying I don't like it... I love it. It's soo much fun! Our cIass has made a movie, we've made a massive collage on the Olympic Games and I have learnt so much from all my awesome little year 5 kids (aka 10 yr olds).

Basically I'm saying that the whole thing tires me out. Last Thursday I was wishing it was the weekend, and then the weekend went by way too fast (I'm also thinking this is because I'm used to 3 or 4 day weekends coz I don't have to go to uni everyday and I've realised I've been taking that for granted!) But yeah, now i'm wishing it was the weekend again. Even though I know I'll enjoy the next couple of days. But this whole experience has made me realsie that teachers are always busy, never a dull moment at school! and I just have to remember that the holidays will hopefully always be worth it!

Um anyway the point of this blog was to say that I'm still alive, and I feel so bad for missing lots of blogs and not being able to chat to awesome friends in ages! Coz I miss you ALL!! (Though you will be seeing more of me when OTH comes back on! ). That's my rant... bye.

I had lots of things to tell you especially since I hadn't exactly written a real blog blog in a while...

1. Last Wednesday was my 3 month anniversary with my boyfriend. It was very exciting and yeah, just had to share my joy lol.

2. For the next 3 weeks I'm going on prac. My uni course is Primary Education, so I'm spending a few weeks seeing what its like in the cl@ssoom.. shall be heaps of fun. I met my mentor teacher last week and tomorrow we're going to be making a movie with year 5 kids (about age 10/11). Looking forward to that...

3. I bought all the Twilight books last week. So many people enjoyed them so I'm hoping I will too! (oh they're talking about it on the radio now lol)

4. The Olympics are on (which I'm pretty sure everyone knows) which is good, except there's no other shows on TV for a month! But I'm enjoying watching it.

5. I still don't have a job... But had a job interview, so that was good experience. I'm tutoring now though, this kindy kid is learning to read... it is somewhat why parents are getting kindy kids tutored but I'm happy..

Ok that's all the exciting news I could think of...

I'm kinda in Prisonbreak mode right now coz we FINALLY got to see the finale last week. geez tv ppl are stupid. And I found out we also FINALLY get to see Heroes Season 2 finale next wednesday before the Olympics and then season 3 is back. Bout time I reckon! So onto more Heroes stuff... Been kinda lazy.. none of the icons are mine. I stole them! shh.

His power of mind-reading may come in handy every now and then... but then I guess you wouldn't really want to hear people saying bad stuff about you, well I wouldn't. But then you would be able to tell if people are lying to you.. tho I don't know if that would be a good thing, because sometimes its easier not knowing. It's probably best that a police guy has this power then! What do you guys think? Would you like Matt's power and what would you do with it?
