Top 10 games that need a sequel *may contain spoilers*
1. Beyond Good and Evil- Had awesome characters, awesome music, awesome world, awesome gameplay, and a cliffhanger ending that needs to be explained.
2. Freedom Fighters- So, New York is freed, the bombs are ours, and Americans believe in themselves again. But what about the rest of the country? (and the rest of the world?)
3. Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy- this was a pretty good game and it was fun while it lasted, but it left room open for a sequel (getting Tut back to normal)
4. Second Sight- I know the game annihilated all openings for a sequel but I would still like to see a game with the same mechanics and same universe as Second Sight
5. Killer7- This one wouldn't really get a sequel but a prequel to explain some things would be good
6.Luigi's Mansion- It was Luigi's first game and it was pretty good, so I think a sequel would be pretty good
7. Geist- I know this game sucks but they could fix some things and make a decent sequel
8. Psychonauts- Crazy, quirky, and needs a sequel
9. Marvel Memesis
10. King Kong
My favorite game music (part 2)
-Rave On* (Killer 7)- Absolutely the best techno song I've heard; it doesn't start off slow it goes straight to the awesome core music and is one of my favorite tunes on this list.
-Dissociative Identity* (Killer 7)- This slow song is played at the credits and is the best credit music I've heard; the song relaxes you with its emotion inducing music while you think about the crazy game.
-Sweet Blue Flag* (Killer 7)- Another good mix of techno and rock that adds a bit of urgency to the boss fight that this song plays during.
-Credit music (Prince of Persia Sands of Time)- This song had a good arabian vibe to it with a mix of rock and enchanting singers.
-Dragon Roost Isle* (Windwaker)- Starts off with a maraca-sounding instrument then turns into a festive-sounding song and is one of the best in the game.
-Molgera Fight (Windwaker)- The song here is hectic, chaotic, but still beautiful, and I purposely did not attack Molgera just so that I could here the music.
-Chozo Overworld* (first visit) (Metroid Prime)- Calm and melodic but inspires a state of awe and makes you want to investigate the wonders of Tallon IV.
-Magmoor Caverns* (Metroid Prime)- Sure the area itself is crappy an annoying. The song for it is an awesome beat with drums and other bass instruments.
To be continued...
(* means I have the song on my MP3 or other music device)
My favorite game music
I got (well actually stole) this idea from Alpha_Zealot and I'm not rating them because there are a lot that I like:
-Stand Alone, Prince of Persia- It's adrenaline pumping enough when the Dahaka is chasing you, but add in this awesome song and it becomes one of the coolest moments in gaming history.
-The intro music, Metroid Prime 2- with the Ing outlines in the background, and "data" flying across the screen this techno-rock really fits the Metroid games and is one of my favorite.
-Elevator music, Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes- (I don't know the real name of the song, but it is the one playing when Snake strips off his swimming gear in the elevator) sure it only lasts 15 seconds and is only played once in the whole game but it is the perfect spy music and has a good techno vibe to it.
-Chaotic Dance 2, Baten Kaitos Origins- Not as good as the first Chaotic Dance but it is longer and I can somewhat understand the singers now, and it is so catchy that I sometimes forget to pick my attacks because I'm dancing.
Alright that's enough for now but I will post more songs.
Top 10 Games that need to be movies
1. Prince of Persia series, these games already have movie-like cutscenes excellent story, and excellent narraration and I'm shocked on why this game hasn't been a movie.
2. Metal Gear Solid series, these games are rich with story, action, and life-like cutscenes and all of those components are perfect for a movie.
3. The "real" Resident Evils, as in the mansion incident, the "real" outbreak, and the parasite incident.
4. Freedom Fighters, possibly one of the coolest guerrila force games I've played and Chris Stone delivers one of the best speeches I've heard in video games (and in real life).
5. Metroid Prime, the world was very immersive and the movie would probably follow suit.
6. Beyond Good and Evil, the world and characters were possibly some of the coolest and the story was pretty good
7. Eternal Darkness, this game was pretty scary, pretty emotional, and had a nice gripping story.
8. Gun, this game would make a great spaghetti western except with less John Wayne.
9.XIII, Ok so this game is a little like that new movie Shooter (with Mike Wahlberg) but it would still be pretty cool (as long as it has less dull voices and gray hair).
10. Hunter: The Reckoning, this wouldn't make a good movie but it would be a pretty good B-Movie.
P.S. Leave some games I missed
Which video game character are you like the most?

4. Project IM (working title), PS3 (If the game is as cool as the videos I've seen then it will be AWESOME!)
5. Entire Resident Evil Series, (various platforms)
6. Metal Gear Solid 4, PS3 (anyone who doesn't want this game must be shot in the face with a Stinger missile)
7. God of War 2, PS2 (Kratos is awesome. End of story.)
8. Escape from Bug Island, Wii (It has giant bugs so I must have it)
9. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Wii (As long as it isn't another key hunt *cough* Metroid Prime 2 *cough*)
10. Disaster Day of Crisis, Wii (this game sounds pretty cool but I wish they would release some screens or some gameplay videos)
Top 10 things that really bug me
1. Star Wars nerds who complain that the "new" movies were worse than the original trilogy. GET OVER IT!
2. Stupid people
3. When I go into a store, ask if a Wii is in stock, and learn that the guy in front of me just got the last one. (This has happened to me 7 TIMES!)
4. People who write "top ten" lists over stupid stuff (I'm a hypocrite, I know)
5. People who brag when they kill you once even though your leading by 15 kills.
6. Not having a 360. (Yet)
7. Jack Thompson. (Please shut up)
8. The fact that my mom uses games as a scapegoat for my bad behavior.
9. When my reviews end up bunched up even though I space them when I write them.
10. When people insist that some songs were never remade or sampled. (Breakfast in America is a real song people.)
Zombies!!!!!
It has been really creepy at school; everyone is getting sick and staying home, me too!!!!!! (Its the T-Virus! Someone call S.T.A.R.S.! Quick!)
Finally, Reviews
I have finally started writing my reviews and I don't like the way Gamespot rates them so I use my own reviewing system( so ignore the big score and read the Overall score in my review to get my real final opinion). These are the things I rate them on:
Graphics: How good a game looks
Sound: How good a game sounds
Controls: How easy a game is to play and how well the camera works
Originality(may or may not be in a review): How different a game is from others on the market and what sets it apart
Entertainment: How fun the game is to play (most important factor in a game)
And different ratings mean different things:
10: Perfect
9: Outstanding
8: Great
7: Good
6: OK
5: Mediocre
4: Bad
3: Horrible
2: Broken
1: Makes me want to kill myself
Well enjoy the reviews, gotta go (writin more of 'em
)
