Okay and theres probably more coming that we don't even know about yet. Look at those bands, anyone else feel same as me.
So that is why i havent been here. But now I finally have a reason to. Matthew Fox visited Hungary last night and I was there to catch him and take a few photos and ask for a signature!

I also managed to say a few words to him. Of course i was a drooling fanboy so all I could say that he's doing an increasingly amazing job on the show. He thanked me and smiled! ah, story of my life!
Wow. I wasn't sure that I would enjoy the series finale to Prison Break and I still don't think the final ten minutes beats out Six Feet Under, but the chills that ran down my spine the second that Sara bought the flowers was almost the same one I had throughout the Six Feet Under final sequence. This show made a living off of doing the unbelievable. This show made you sacrifice common sense and logic in order to follow it. Look at the finale as a terrific example. Kellerman is alive. What other show does that? When a character is "dead" that character is dead on any other show. Sara and Kellerman both effectivly came back to life in this show - but thats what Prison Break was about. That's what the show was about.
But for the final five minutes it was something more. For everything that we have been through over the four years of this show - in the end its a show about people. People who havent always done the right things and haven't done the right choices. The final five minutes showed how one man brought them all together. How one man saved everyone. Am I upset that Michael is dead after watching the show for four seasons and the "happy ending" for everyone wasn't acheived. I was at first, but I am so satisfied with the way that the show ended and where everyone is today. Michael Scofield was the change he wanted to see in the world. All the bad things that everyone did - he changed everyone. He mad everyone at the grave that day a better person and he lives on with our characters in that way. Amazing Show. Amazing Ending. Loved every second of the finale.
The finale of a show to me is everything. The finale and how everything ties together can make or break a shows position on my "all-time" favorites list. As it stands now...here are my rankings for shows I have watched every episode of...
1. Six Feet Under
2. Prison Break
3. Alias
4. Friends
Well, been a while since my last blog. I guess special occasions deserve one and Prison Break four seasons run ending is one.
PRISON BREAK
Prison Break series finale was very moving really. I thought it was very sad and emotional but yet fitting and believable. Most characters had a satisfactory end. They didn't go with a totally soap opera happy ending, which is something I really appreciated. My review will be up soon (if anyone care). But in short, I loved seeing Kellerman back..Mahone, Bagwell and the others having a good ending as well the sad and yet satisfactory ending to the Michael/Sara/Linc story. Some people hate it and consider it a slap to the face..but oh well. Thank you writers, crew, actors and everyone else for those 4 seasons. Season 4 was defintely not as good as the first 3 but still very worth it. Shame to see the treatment the show got from Fox in its final run.

Of course, this is not the very last of Prison Break we've seen. Still the "Final Break" coming soon. Supposed to be a straight to DVD release, but a channel in UK will air it first..good then. ![]()
SUPERNATURAL
Just got into the show. It`s such a fun watch. Not as creepy as I was hoping but highly entertaining and hilarious at times. Season 1 was pretty good but things just keeps getting better. I`m 3 episodes into season 2 and the show went from good to great...the premiere was amazing.
Lost
Lost had yet another amazing season. The finale was terrific. Very probably the best show on TV today and among the best ever.
The shield
A word on shield. Watched the finale a couple of weeks ago. It was very depressing but perfect. Loved it ....will miss Vic and Co. But who knows, maybe we`ll get a movie someday. Not that I`m for it tho.

The others
Going to watch the second season of Damages soon...hoping it`s as good as the first one. Heard a lot on Fringe too. I`ve only watched 9 eps and to be honest, it still hasn`t really impressed me...good but not great. So maybe the remaining episodes will be better (for me).
How I met your mother had an overall OK season. Not over yet but it is nowhere near the first great 3 seasons. Still has some great episodes tho. Got into 30 Rock recently and it`s kinda better right now.
Still 2 months of doing nothing till university starts...so more to enjoy.
Liverpool Football Club
Those damn @#$%%^&*() Mancs won it again and equalled our 18 times record....absolutely horrible sight. But it was a positive season for us and I know we are as good as Manutd can be. Bring on the next season (for sure this time lol)...you`ll never walk alone.
Hell ...blogs are fun
AH!
I sit before you with a mug of coffee at my feet. I'm writing this blog to kill some time, you see. My sim card appears to be broken and I'll have to trot into vodafone in the morning to try and sort it out and keep my old number somehow. It's a b!tch as I just got a new phone because it was constantly breaking down, so this on top of that, is a nightmare.
So, I'm staying up for the night to get in there early. All my alarms are on the phone which I can't access. Plus I need to get some study done early as I'm heading into my last exam on Thursday. I'll probably just crash though...
After exams, I'd like to say I'll go nuts but the fact is that I'm one of the last to finish, so most people will have gone home. My american Alex, is trying to give it up for a while due to liver poisioning. I do think Andy will be around, but I don't want to drink with her. I think we had a moment the other day. It was small, I'm probably imagining it. Our relationship does seem to have changed slightly, become a tad deeper. I'm probably over emphasising it, but I got about as close as I could to telling her I needed her, without saying I had feelings for her. I think it flew over her head. The way I see it, the relationship is heading into the last chance saloon, meaning if I don't take advantage soon, we'll have moved beyond the optomim level. Something will happen, but it might just mean moving me into the Friend Zone once and for all
Ryan is on Facebook. Get on here, fella
What else to rant about...
OH, Star Trek. It is (and I never thought I'd say this about anything Star Trek related) phenomenal. Seriously, go see this now. I'm not in the mood for writing a lenghty review, but the bottom line is, I haven't been this blown away by a film since The Dark Knight. It destroyed my expectations. 5/5
Big D's Touch (A Real Diamond In The Rough)- Buckethead
I'm really diggin the hell out of Buckethead's latest work "A Real Diamond In The Rough". An excellent little acutostic effort, which echoes his earlier masterpieces like Colma and Electric Tears, it's well worth a purchase. Not that I did, seeing as you can't buy his albums here. Thank god for torrents.
Um...
I really have nothing else. I'm busy. Prison Break is coming to an end and Scrubs is officially over. That means that bar South Park and some British shows most of you won't have heard about, I'll have nothing on TV anymore to get excited about. I mean, Dexter is amazing but I watch that online as opposed to eagerly awaiting the new episode on television. That excitement will be gone the minute Scrubs ends over here. Kinda depressing
They're remaking Pokemon Gold and Silver, my favourite games of all time. I can now die happy
I won't be around much after this day next week. You have been warned
You've got to climb to the top of Mount Everest to reach the Valley of the Dolls. It's a brutal climb to reach that peak, which so few have seen.
You never knew what was really up there, but the last thing you expected to find was the Valley of the Dolls.
You stand there, waiting for the rush of exhiliration you thought you'd feel---but it doesn't come. You're too far away to hear the applause and take your bows. And there's no place left to climb.
You're alone, and the feeling of loneliness is overpowering. The air is so thin you can scarcely breathe. You've made it---and the world says you're a hero.
But it was more fun at the bottom when you started, with nothing more than hope and the dream of fulfillment. All you saw was the of that mountain---there was no one to tell you about the Valley of the Dolls.
But it's different when you reach the summit. The elements have left you battered, deafened, sightless---and too weary to enjoy your victory.
