Finals are next week, sad day. I'm not looking forward to it. I have 3 tests this coming week, and 3 next week. Be studying much? One problem though, all my finals are at 8 am. 
One on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. At least I'll be done before most of the other students, because the finals go through the following Tuesday.
I am ready to play Assassin's Creed 2 in a bad bad way. Seeing commercials for it isn't helping my desire either! I will likely end up getting it with Christmas money or something.
Welp, so long for now. Nobody usually comments on these blogs anyway. 
But oh well at least I still have most of you guys though.

Resident Evil 4 of course I still remember a bit when this game came out. I remember watching my hubby playing and thinking NO I will NEVER play. 
Ha ha that was a load of crap on my part. After playing the first time though which toke me I think over 24 hours I can't remember, ( but of course I didn't do that in all in one day 
) but anyways I have now played that game at least 50 times. The fast time I ever played that game was in 5 hours and that was with all powerful weapons. If I had to pick a favorite boss battle that would be Krasuer and then Saddler.

Well I got my final PS3 game for this year this past Tuesday, Assassin's Creed II. Absolutely loving it so far been playing it as much as I could. I even got up today at 7AM to play it. Incredible game, actually greatly exceeded my somewhat high expectations for the game which is fantastic. A lot of RPG elements in this game, like actually buying equipment and healing items and funding and upgrading your own town. Such a drastic improvement from the original which I liked a lot as well mind you, but this one just blows it out of the water. Who knew being able to swim made the game soooo much better

hey everyone sorry its been so long for those of you still reading. i have been gone for so long because i have been having some rough times. but im almost better just have to get another car now. some good things have happened to me mainly bad but i have started a second job and im about to go to that job now here shortly so ill elaborate later probably wednesday because i have the 311 concert tomorrow night woot!
Yes, my cat has recently passed away..we are not sure about the exact specifics of his death, but it's assumed he fell off his bedding while sleeping and must have died by hitting his head against the ground..I genuinly wished he could have lived and died a natural death, but it was not to be so.
It may seem random that I am posting this to a bunch of people I've never seen before, but I just want as many blessings to my cat from as many people as possible..as the title says, this is all for him.

Gee, i've already been on GS for 3 years.... Time sure goes by fast when you're gaming!! Now i'm wondering for how long i'll be here on GS.
My 1st year here on GS was the best year ever. I've been very productive when it came to reviewing games, playing games, and even posting on the forums/unions. But little did i know, that i'd get lazy and too bored.
During my 2nd year i decided to take a small break.... ok maybe a pretty long break. But i eventually came back. Thats right back into the gaming world. I decided to pop by GS weekly and was a bit too lazy to log in and post in the forums. I didn't have time, i was either playing games or doing school work. (I have never figured out how people have the time to have 100 posts a day and still play games 24/7)
Ahh yes... my 3rd year here in GS. Been one hell of a year. I hardly post on the forums and well..... i'm lazy what can i say? I'm still lvl 15!!! FFS!!!!! Come on.... lol
As for my fourth year? Who knows, i might even leave GS for good. Only time will tell.

It's been a while since I have been on GameSpot. Life's been busy, and I don't seem to have the time for gaming anymore. Isn't that just pathethic and sad? 
It looks like my new game obsession lies with the upcoming new SimCity, which promises to radically revamp the SimCity tradition. There seems to be pros and cons to this, but a lot of people are just pissed that the gameplay of SimCity Societies (as it has now deviated from the X000 naming scheme) is changing focus.
On another note, sadly, Assassin's Creed has been delayed to some to-be-announced time in 2008. I was really hoping to play it in December, but ah well.
The PSP front seems to be a bit dry until next year. Nothing worth noting for now.
I know, I know. It's depressing that I've been delayed!
Codemasters now say it expects the game to be out before the end of the year.
In November Codemasters had changed the release date on the corporate website from Summer 2007 to TBC. I guess that's because it's now not summer
With no confirmed release date since the game was first announced in September 2006, will this cl@ssic ever see the light this year? IGN even says TBA 2008!

This video has been out for a while, but I just thought I might share it with everyone again . I personally just think it is a funny video and really have nothing against the PS3, so don't yell at me about it.

Super Smash Bros. Melee was fun and had a lot more features than SMB did.
Melee has new features such as tournaments, adventure mode and new characters.
The torunaments are a lot of fun. Although you may have to fight new and hard characters. If you go into tournament mode you can place how many people you want to see fight. You don't have to play, but you can if you want to.
Adventure mode is about going through worlds that look very familar. You go through Mario's world, Link's world, and more. They do get tricky though. The trickest one is Link's world. It might take a while but it's very exciting.
Some of the new characters are Mewtwo, Young Link, Dr. Mario, Falcon, and more.
There are new trophies in this game. One looks like this:
NOTE HOW IT HAS THE WORD SMASH IS RIGH NEXT TO ICE CLIMBERS.
Now everyone knows that Super Smash Bros. Brawl is coming out for the Wii.
There will be new characters, like Wario, Ninten Dogs, and... SNAKE!!!
The graphics in SSBM are really good. The controls are simple. If you really like fighting games this is one of the best ones to get.
