Will I ever get past Level 12 :(

Its really Bugging me, I have made wayyyy to many contribusions (Excuse my spelling) and reveiws, but i have been stuck on 48% of level 12 for ,,3 Mounts and 2/3.

Now i have moved 8% but it is taking a load of Reveiws E.C.T to move my level
