I must say that they weren't that good @ Pinkpop this year, but a very good thing is that their music is very vigorous and in some way assured. 30 seconds to mars is (scr)emo in the first place, but is has a far less depressive sound then some other emo bands. It's like there's some inaccessible force behind the music, makes me wonder where all the emotion and the conviction came from..
