Apocalypse of Love

No, this isn't about the apocalyptic orgy (not directly anyway). Just a note of admiration towards the work of H.P. Lovecraft whose awe inspiring stories of temporary mankind and madness of abyss lurking just behind the theatrical curtain of existence where without a doubt worth reading.
On an unrelated side note however, Pirate Bay, the much discussed torrent tracker has presented the Swedish king Carl XVI Gustaf with a diploma to distinguish the "...progress in the fight for positioning Sweden as a prosperous nation regarding technology and culture."

Personally I think this farce of an acknowledgement is pushing the buttons of Swedish government a little too much. But what perplexes me the most about this diploma is the fact that it bares the coat of arms of the Russian federation as well as the word Diploma itself is written in Cyrillic. Notably it is explainable but non the less intriguing to say the least.
