It's been a while
I haven't been on tv.com in quite a while. Been so busy with summer courses and work. It's been good tho b/c if Ididn't have so much stuff to do, I'd prolly be on the Internet longer than what's good for me. But I'll be on tv.com more often when the fall shows start premiering.
I've already taken note of when my shows are premiering. Can't wait for House, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, and Smallville. Thursday is gonna be tough, trying to figure which shows I'm gonna watch (between Office, G.A., and Smallville). Hopefully ABC shows re-runs of Grey's on Fridays, like it used to sometimes.
Only a few more weeks til the fall season starts. But then, school will start soon. Oh, well, can't win 'em all. ![]()
1 year anniversary
Well, I've been a member of tv.com and the other CNET Networks Entertainment websites for a year now. It's been pretty good. I've gone up 14 levels, become editor for 3 people, and made over 50 friends in the span ofa year.
This site is really good when it comes to my shows and the forums are fun to read and give one's opinions on. Oh, and the chats are fun too. Lotsa stuff to do on tv.com. here's to another eventful year.
before i see ocean's 13
I actually have to get to the movietheater and buy a ticket, dur. But I also want to give a short premise on why I wanna see Ocean's 13.
First off, it's a star-studded spectacle. There's Clooney, Damon, Pitt, Cheadle, Mac, Pacino, Barkin, and a whole slew of guys that make the movie fun to watch.
Then, there's Ellen Barkin
. I got into the Ocean's movies around 2 to 2 and a half weeks ago when I read an article on Barkin, who by the way is the only lead female in this upcoming trequel. In that, my borderline obsession started
. I was looking up anything and everything on Barkin, reading magazine articles and changing my icons to her visage.
This last week alone, I actuallywatched Extra, ET, and Access Hollywood for any news and updates on the Ocean's 13 movie. Of course, the big news came on Wednesday when the media reported on Tuesday's L.A. premiere. Oh, how I wish I was there to see the gang in person. But I did see them on TV. There was even an E! special on that same premiere and I totally watched it on Thursday when it aired.
Continuing with my fascination with the movie, I stayed up this week watching Letterman, Leno, and any other late night talk show to see any cast member from the movie. I had someone to look forward to every night. There was Damon, Clooney, Carl Reiner, Andy Garcia, Ellen Barkin . The only one I missed was Don Cheadle, who was Conan and it was really late that night and I was very sleepy at like just 11.
So that's my premise. I really hope that this trequel lives up to the hype, since I've been following all the things the stars of it are doing. Well, I'm off. Gotta go and clean around the house and get ready to go see themovie with my friend, who is also a fan of the stars. When I get the time again, I'll post another blog about the movie. Laterz.
moving jelly bean thing

This thing is so cute! A big thanks to ejwlover b/c she had this on her profile and I got it from there.
I think what's so cute is that it has this concentrated look on it's face, and it's so determined to move its arms over and over. It just cracks me up. ![]()
Haha! I am easily amused. ![]()
a little experimenting
I want to see if I can properly put pics on my blog. Hope this works.

Oh sweet! Now I can put in my two-cents on this movie.
I just saw this movie and it was really good. Dustin Hoffman is sooo hilarious and does a great impersonation of a woman. Now I know what all the hype was about with this movie. It's definitely a top-notch comedy.

The lyrics talk of the reunion of two lovers in the afterlife. Gibbard's voice promises to make it come true and the acoustic guitar just adds to the simplicity and power of the song.
