Slight gags cant be quotes? (Editor Problem)

I submitted a quote and it was rejected saying "This is more of a sight gag than a quote." She said sight, but I think she meant slight. Either way, why not?

Hannah: (To fans) Thank You! Thank you! (To Robbie) Where are we?
Robbie: Albuquerque.
Hannah: (To fans) Albuquerque! My favorite city, in my favorite state...
Jackson: (To Hannah) ...Guam.
Hannah: Guam!
Fans: Huh?
Hannah: (To Jackson) I hate you.

What is wrong with this?
