Finally...

I am pulling a Lil.

I'd like to warn y'all first. I'm not exactly great at this sentimental stuff, but I'll try my best, because you guys deserve it.

(This is in no particular order by the way, I'm just using my contacts page so no one's left out. I'm sorry if you want this to be totally ordered up according to preference, but I really don't want to make anyone feel bad. )

Leilani: Beneath your tough exterior, you are very sweet and caring. You're prepared for anything life throws at you, and you help us when life throws stuff at us too. You are a mine of knowledge when it comes to life, and always ready to help us.

Nicole:I'd like to be honest here. Though your spelling and grammar makes me a little mad sometimes, that's just part of who you are. You always have a very strong voice when it comes to your opinions, you never give up, and you always fight for what you think is right.

Kristen: You are very special. I really admire that you gave up AIM because of your mom. I couldn't have done that. You know just how much to risk or sacrifice for your friends, without being selfish or giving up too much.

Ellen: You are the one who always looks out for us. Not that everyone else doesn't, but you deserve special credit. You give great advice every time one of us is in difficulty. You are the person who'll keep someone up when everyone else has deserted them, and TWB is very lucky to have you.

Charlotte: You're not a bad person, and you don't deserve what you're getting right now. Even though you're going through hard times, just remember we're all here for you, and we'll do whatever we can (which, frankly, isn't a lot) to help you pull through.

Heather: You are the chameleon who knows what it's like to be every one of us. You could chat forever with any one of us, because you know us all so well. You know what we like, what we don't like and what we absolutely hate. You may not be very good with people in Larne, but you're brilliant here.

Jenne: You're very unique and quirky, and I love you for that. You're also very creative when it comes to Photoshop, music or fanfiction. You always know what to say to cheer up a dark mood, and you are random like no one else is. I am totally honored to know you.

Kiera: Though I don't know you very well, I do know you're a very good artist and poet. Reach for what you really want, because you're very talented and can do whatever you have the passion for.

Lil: I know my Ellen nickname is Sassy, but that's just because of my screen name. If we were actually nicknamed after our personalities, you'd totally be Sassy, because that's what you are. You're always sweet, lively and random.

Alyssa: Though we're not very close, you're always warm and friendly. You feel for all of us when something bad, or something good happens. You welcome everyone with open arms, and are there whenever any of us neeeds someone. I really admire you for that.

Ashleigh: You are so indescribably nice, I sometimes doubt you're a real person. Kidding. I do believe you're real, and that you're the only person exactly like you. But isn't that true for everyone? Anyways, you are awesome in your own way. How you can care for everyone and yourself simultaneously, I do not understand. But you are proof that it can happen.

Suz: Momma Suz! You're there to support and help us all, no matter what. You treat your internet adoptees just like your real kids, with the exception of requiring us to do chores, of course. You encourage us to be our own selves, and not in any stereotypical way. I really hope Alli makes a full recovery and enjoys her time at the vet's, because no one, much less you and your family, deserve to go through what you are going through. But that's just life. Fortunately, you make life much sweeter and lighter for all of us. And you are the only one who can do that.

Vivian: You are so completely amazing, you're indescribable. I really miss you, and hope we can visit each other very soon. You're great at what you do, and you can achieve anything if you really wish it.

Una: You were my very very first friend here, and I'll always be grateful to you for welcoming me.

Just before I posted this, I went and read some of y'all's pulling a Lils. After reading them, I feel kinda inadequate. You were all fantastic in pointing out the strengths of everyone, and explaining why they mean so much. I'm not as good, doing that. Unfortunately.

I'm not dead

Well, duh. I just got internet at the apartment in Vancouver. Still using my dad's laptop though.

As Leilani said, I have so much blog catching up to do it's not even funny. I will try my best though.

I GOT A CD! Evanescence-The Open Door. I wanted to get a couple more, but I couldn't find any more that I liked at Best Buy. I'll probably just buy them later on Amazon. So yeah.

I WENT TO CSI CAMP ONE! I'm doing two this week. So far it's been awesome. I analyzed handwriting, creating footwear castings, examined fingerprints, documented a "real" crime scene, WATCHED CSI, and more. We watched Sex, Lies and Larvae and Anonymous. There was rather a lot of coughing during "You want to sleep with me?"

So, tomorrow we're going to the Vancouver Police Museum.

No, before you ask, you can't go to CSI camp. This is the last year Heather and Charlotte could come. Age limit 14. Though you can be a volunteer or staff member. It might be really boring though, because you'll have to stick with one camp for a couple weeks and listen to the same stuff over and over again.

That's all for now. Gonna go try and catch up with some blogs.

Don't try to fix me, I'm not broken

Guess.

Right, I'm on my dad's laptop now, I said I won't be on, but I'll try. I'll try my best to comment on y'all's blogs.

Yesterday, Leilani TEXTED MEEEEEEEEEEEE! TEXTED MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! TEXTED MEEEEEEEEEEE! (in cl.ass ). Yeah. But, sadness, I used up all my money (again ), and can't text anyone. I can, however, use the home phone to very sneakily make long distance calls.

Most of our stuff was shipped away yesterday. I never realized how much crap we have until I watched the seemingly endless boxes being piled into the truck. I watched the piano being crated away, as well as my books. Those moving men's grammar leave a lot to be desired (to make sure the delivery people didn't get blamed for our falling-apart-almost-thirty-year-old piano falling apart, one wrote: "The piano is damage!" on the crate.)

We had a partay in English yesterday! We watched a super-awesome movie called Hoodwinked, which is a twist on Little Red Riding Hood's story. Granny does extreme sports, Wolf is an undercover reporter with a twitchy assistant named.. Twitchy, and the hunter sells bunion cream. Here's a taster of Twitchy: http://youtube.com/watch?v=5TtIZMlRtHU&feature=related

I probably won't blog much, and I'm very sorry to say, yet again, that there definitely won't be fic updates for a long while.

When you're gone, the pieces of my heart will be missing you

THis one's super easy because the title's in the lyric, but it's appropriate.

First, frustrating news: OneRepublic's having a concert in Richmond, BC which is only 19 minutes (checked on Google Earth ) away from where I'm moving to in Vancouver, and obviously I want to go. But the date is this Friday, when I won't actually be in Vancouver.

As you all know, I'm moving to Vancouver. This computer is getting shipped away tomorrow , even though I'm actually moving on the fifth of July. I don't think I'll be on for quite a while, but I'll try my best. I'll miss all you guys.

But more than that, I'll miss my friends in Hong Kong. I haven't said goodbye to them yet, except for Claire. She's flying out tomorrow, but only on vacation. She gave me a really cool card with CSI stuff on the cover, and a poem inside:
Charlotte Tai,
loves CSI
She loves to laugh
when something dies
SHe always puts on quiet a show,
and she'll know more than you'll ever know!

Today, last period-
Me: Can I hug you?
Claire: Okay.
*hugs*

Later-
Me: *helping Claire find her water bottle* I have to go now, the bus'll leave.
Claire: Okay. Bye!
Me: *shake hands with Claire*
Claire: This is the last time I'm ever gonna touch you.
Me:

I haven't said goodbye to anyone else yet, but I'll miss Vivian (my BFF), Chelsea (the bookworm), Kerry (who actually has a life), Claire (who, deep inside, I think is most like me), Jayme (who's so sarcastic), and Wingki (the sweet hugger ).

Of course, I'll miss you guys too.

And I'll miss my books. I have to choose some to ship and some to bring along. The shipped ones, I won't see them for a month. Anyways I've picked some Horrible Science books to bring, Calvin & Hobbes, Garfield, and my e.l. konigsburg books. Books, I'll miss you guys!

Don't forget me! I'll be back!

There's no other way when it comes to the truth...

Guess.

I GOT HEATHER'S LETTER!!!!!!!!!

We're having RCHK's Got Talent at my school. It's basically just a talent show. There's a day for each house, and a mixed house day. Finalists will perform at assembly. Tomorrow is my house: Qing! And no, I will not be performing. Winners so far-

Tang: Kathleen Greene (She's like our resident singer, the whole school knows her)
Mixed: Rosemarie Moon and Ellie Siu (Drama-Confusing necklace story)
Ming: John Law (and his violin)
Song: RUTH BOON! (gymnastics. SHe's really amazing.)

Most people sang. Which is why the drama and gymnastics stood out. Ruth's in my c.lass Francesca, Claire and Audrey from my cl.ass also performed. They sang. It wasn't really unique or anything ("Because of You" by Kelly Clarkson and "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Fergie), but they were good.

Apparently today during Song's show, Claire was sitting two rows behind me and kept calling my name, but I couldn't hear her. So Julie (our resident swearer) called me a f*ckface. It's okay though, she calls everyone that. Once- (she's from Denmark, by the way)

Vivien: Where are you from?
Mr. Mortenson: Denmark.
Claire: *turn around* Hey, Julie-
Julie: *claps hands on Claire's shoulders* I'm gonna kick your balls out!
Claire and Charlotte:

I'm too lazy to steal a quiz.
