Sky's a sad panda!

Yeah, as you may have noticed I haven't been active for a while. Then again, I do use that expression a lot than I dissapear for a while...

Nonetheless, I am back. I won't be a regular but I'll be on from time-to-time. I suffered many emotional/relationship issues in the last few months so I had to focus on that. The good news is, it's working at a slow-tempo. The pieces still need to be rebuilt but it's going forward so far!

Glad to be back, unfortunuetly the South Park forum is dead/infested with noobs. I am not pleased!

What a disgrace of the TV.com admins. Once again changing the site. I like the new font but getting into the forums is still confusing me.

TV.com's New Design + VETTEL

Anybody a fan of it? I don't like it. I'm not a fan of flashy colors and the current layout is perfect as it is.

Please, admins, focus on fixing your glitches instead.

Also, Vettel just won the Italian Grand Prix. He becomes the youngest driver to have won a race. Congrats Sebastian, you have a future ahead of you!

Skyancez's Last Two Months on TV.com

Hey guys. As you may know, I've been rather unactive lately due to personel reasons. After the Belgian Grand Prix of F1, I decided to put quits to my TV.com days. Don't worry, the final goodbye will be made after the Brazilian Grand Prix in early November. So I'll try to enjoy my last two months on this site.

Also, I noticed that I was a member for an year and a week. What an achievement I guess. =d

RoboAmish will not believe this.

Due to Mark's obsession over Euro 2008, I must tell him the Formula One results.

Now, Mark will not believe this, but Robert KUbica finally won his first grand prix, beating his teammate Nick Heidfeld and David Coulthard. 4th was Glock, Massa, Trulli, Barrichello and Vettel for the other points.

Take that! Also, your predicted driver to win, Lewis Hamilton,. crashed in the pits with Raikkonen.

L.O.L to Mark. Also, Kubica is leading the championship.

Double L.O.L

European Championship 2008 + Formula One: Previews and Results

The European Championship 2008, or as we lazy people say it, Europ 2008, starts today at Switzerland, the co-hosts who face Czech Republic. Meanwhile, Portugal face Turkey.

The Czechs won the match, 1-0, thanks to Sverkos' 70th minute goal. A well-deserved win for the Czechs, as they dominated the match. Shame for Alexander Frei, who's match and perhaps Euro 2008 campaign came to a end before half-time.

Man of the Match: Phillippe Senderos (Switzerland): Depsite losing, Senderos played great at the back of the field that might have saved Switzerland an embarrassing result at home.

Portugal and Turkey: Cristiano Ronaldo had a good chance to score with that free kick, but Volka's fingertip made the ball touch the post. Pepe's goal was dissallowed for an offside, which it was. Turkey had some chances, Nihat's last kick before half time was their best chance of the game. In the 2nd half, Pepe was playing offense and got the ball from Nuno Gomes and flips it over Volka with ease. Raul Mereiles scored his first international goal after Jorge Moutinho gave him the ball with a open net. Nuno Gomes hitted the woodwork twice, and it's a shame that he didn't score, Ronaldo, Nihat, Tuncay and Sabri also had opportunies in an entertaining match. 2-0 for Portugal, as they lead the group tied with the Czechs, Switzerland are 3rd and Turkey are last.

Man of the Match: Pepe (Portugal): Outstanding performance for the Madrid defender, scoring a goal, a goal that was dissallowed and denied a few of Turkey's chances.

Formula One: The Circuit of Gilles Villenuve at Montreal just had the qualifying results, most of them are shocking, most of them are expected and most of them are normal.

Lewis Hamilton got pole, when he robbed it away from Robert Kubica at the closing stages. Kimi starts 3rd, followed by Fernando, Nico, Felipe, Heikki, Nick, Rubens and Mark for the top 10. 11th was Timo, Kazuki, David, Jarno and Nelson Junior ffor 11th to 15th. The rest was followed suit by Bourdais, Adrian, Giancarlo, Jenson and Vettel.

Formula One: Monaco Grand Prix (Monte Carlo) - Preview

The sixth round of the 2008 FIA World Championship will begin tomorrow with it's first practice session. After that, qualifying will be Saturday, with the race being Sunday.

The Monte Carlo Street Circuit, is known to every F1 driver, as the most unique track on the calendar. It's also the oldest grand prix in Formula One, beginning since 1950.

Word on the Monte Carlo weather predicts their will be showers of rain for practice, qualifying AND raceday. This will surely be interesting as they're's no traction control this year, and the Monte Carlo Street Circuit is known for slow corners and it's small size. Making predictions almost nearly impossible.

Ferrari: They proved how fastest they are at slow corners in the past grand prix', but they might have trouble against the competitive and under-pressured McLaren team. Felipe and Kimi are dominating the championship, but this can all turn into dust if McLaren, Sauber and maybe Renault continue to improve.

BMW Sauber: Hopefully, they will take advantage of the weather and take their first win. They are slowly improving, and both "Quick Nick" and Robert had a fatanstic start in Istanbul.

Renault: Renault are also slowly improving, and Fernando Alonso won the event twice in a row. Hopefully, he will make his mechanics work hard. Keep an eye on Nelsinho, he might actually get points, and if possible, the win.

Red Bull: I could see them on the podium. Mark Webber just showed us the Red Bull's full potential, and is easily smoking Coulthard's greedy azz. I predict Webber will go on the podium, while David will make points.

Williams: As much I would love to see Rosberg win, he isn't really a great driver when it comes to rain. Nico can't even finish a race at small circuits like Monaco and Montreal. While for Nakajima...let's just say he will crash into someone.

Toyota: Jarno Trulli is considered the "King of Monaco". So I would assume he might win, or get a few points. Timo might get points...if he stays concentrated.

Honda: Well to be honest, this is one of the few races where Honda can make points. Hopefully Jenson and Rubens will take advantage of the possible chaos and get some well-deserved points.

Toro Rosso: Keep an eye on them. They have their new car, the STR3 ready to race, and who knows how fast it is. Sebastien Bourdais is also a master at Monte Carlo (in ChampCar, that is) so expect him to get points. Vettel might get points if he's not unlucky again.

Force India: Giancarlo Fisichella said that this was his favourite circuit and knowing his experience, I would guess he might get points. He's also going to have his 200th grand prix appearence this weekend. Sutil is a great driver, and hopefully he can pull it off.

McLaren: They currently hold the record for "Most Wins at Monte Carlo". They are really keeping the pace on the Ferrari's and it seems Lewis might win. Heikki also has a chance! Hopefully, he will not suffer so much bad luck.

My Summer: Sports...sports...sports!

Yes, this summer will welcome lots of exciting sport activities.

Euro 2008: The 2nd largest international tournament returns after it's four-year gap (2004) at Switzerland and Austria. I will be rooting for Spain, as their players have shown much more potential in league play. Also keep a eye on Portugal, my 2nd team. With Ronaldo and Nani in there, and the fact they lost in 2004 to Greece at home will be burning in their eyes.

Formula One: The same day as the Euro 2008 begins, the Canadian Grand Prix (my country) will also be on television. During the summer, we will also have the French, British, German, Hungarian and European (Valencia) grand prix'.

Karting: My 3rd season in youth karting begins this summer, on July 27th (two days before my 17th birthday). I spent a very enjoyable rookie year, finishing the season in 5th (outta 15 drivers), I was the runner-up last year, a single point behind the winner. I'm now going to hunt the championship this year.

Football: Or as the Americans say "Soccer". I will begin my soccer season the same day as my karting session, I scored 12 goals in my rookie year, 18 in the 2nd and 13 in my third. Hopefully, this year will continue my very good run.

Skydiving: Yeah! Let's go skydiving this summer with my friends!

Also, I dedicate this blog to my pass away friend, who died two days ago in a crash between a bus, right ahead of my house.

It was soon discovered that the bus driver (34 years old) purposesly killed him because he didn't pay a single cent, he died, and his girlfriend suffered severe injuries after the bus completly destroyed their car. Now, the bus driver is dead today, as he was killed in the electric chair of doom!

Formula One: Turkish Grand Prix (Istanbul) - Point of View

Yes, I do realise that three other rounds of the 2008 Formula One season have been played after Australia, but that's the past.

This blog is for my point of view after this afternoon's qualifying session in Istanbul. The rack is tricky with lots of overtaking areas an some dirty parts on the track. The circuit returns for it's fourth instalment in Formula One. If you wanna know the track's information, click the link below:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_Grand_Prix

Ferrari: Felipe Massa got pole position, like in the past two years (which he won too!), while last-year champion Kimi Raikkonen will start fourth on the grid, on the dirty side of the track. Felipe reported that the tyres need adjusting, while Kimi could have been higher if it wouldn't for the traffic. This should be a tight, but important race this week.

BMW Sauber: As a supporter to the Sauber team since it's creation in 1993, I need to say that Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld seem little slow on the handling of the car. Robert managed a fifth place on the grid, which is good since it's on the clean side. Nick also starts on the clean side tomorrow, in ninth. However, we must remember that Sauber have trouble at starts.

Renault: After last week's very surprising qualifying session (but terrible race session!), I'd say this week's performance was worse, but slighty. Fernando Alonso seems to have gotten the grip of the car, making it into seventh on the grid. However, it's the side of Nelson Piquet Jr. that worries me. Nelson qualified seventeenth (outta 20 cars) today.

Williams: Pretty basic day for the Williams team. Nico Rosberg qualified eleventh, while Kazuki Nakajima qualified sixteenth. Hopefully, Nico will take advantage of his grid position, on the clean side of the start!

Red Bull: I'm amazed about their session. Mark Webber and David Coulthard both start on the dirty side of the track, but that's not the point. The fact that they've qualified sixth and tenth is an achievement, after strings of bad luck in the past.

Toyota: Overall? Disappointing. Jarno Trulli qualified eight, not saying it's bad, but the way the car reacted was indeed the frustrating part. More depression came when Timo Glock qualified fifteenth after an amazing Q1 session.

Toro Rosso: I expected worse, they still have the same car as last year's. Sebastian Bourdais qualified eighteenth, because of traffic. Sebastien Vettel managed a fourteenth start on the grid, managing to keep pace with the Hondas.

Honda: It's their normal result. Nothing surprising here. Rubens Barrichello makes the record book this week, and what a better way to celebrate it in 12th. Jenson Button had a pretty frustrating week to date with tyre problems, but an 13rd position on the grid is great in these circumstances.

Force India: Again, poor qualifying from this young team. Giancarlo Fisichella will start last because of a grid penalty, while Adrian Sutil is right ahead of him in nineteenth.

McLaren: After the Spanish Grand Prix' heavy crash, Heikki Kovalainen has passed his medical test for Istanbul! A 2nd place on the grid is very encouraging, but the dirt might cause a problem. Lewis Hamilton will start 3rd, after an somewhat-poor Q3.

Don't forget to watch the Turkish Grand Prix tomorrow, at 7:30am EA time!

The True Identity of RoboAmish!

Lately, I've been living in Mark's basement eating his god yummy toast on my bed.

However, my experience there showed me the true I.D of Mark, and I must show it to you.

Please note that Mark also posts on the gaming site called "Neoseeker" with the Sereph account, which is why he shows it to me.

Yes, this Mark, or rather, Marka in real life.

This proves that Marka is either a real chick or a gender confused male.

Oh the irony.

Formula One World Championship 2008: Australia GP Review

Last month, the competitive motor sport called the "FIA Formula One World Championship" began it's 58th season.

As always, the championship started at Melbourne, Australia. With some nice qualifying results from the Mclaren Mercedes, BMW Sauber and Ferrari teams. Amazingly, Panasonic Toyota star, Jarno Trulli, qualified 6th for the grand prix. However, Kimi Raikkonen, last year's world champion had an engine failure at Q2, making him start in 16th.

The Race:

The race was indeed odd, with only 6 outta 22 cars managing to finish the grand prix.

The start had an huge collision between Giancarlo Fisichella (Force India F1), Sebastien Vettel (Toro Rosso-Ferrari), Jenson Button (Honda), Anthony Davidson (Super Aguri-Honda) and Australia's main hero, Mark Webber (Red Bull-Renault) all had to retire.

Eight laps later, Adrian Sutil (Force India-F1) suffered hyrdraulics problems with his car, forcing him to retire.

At the 19th lap of the race, Jarno Trulli (Panasonic Toyota) suffered electrical problems, making him retire after a wonderful qualifying session.

At lap twenty-five, David Coulthard (Red Bull-Renault) and Felipe Massa (Ferrari) collided at a chicane. Massa was able to come back, but Coulthard's Red Bull was damaged enough to make him retire. Four laps later, Massa's engine failed, making him retire.

At lap thirty, rookie Nelson Piquet Jr. (Renault) suffered a clutch, making him retire.

Two laps later, Takuma Sato (Super Aguri-Honda) had problems with the transmission of the car's core, this made him retire.

At lap fourty-three, rookie Timothy Glock (Panasonic Toyota) had a collision with a wall, and the front-left tyre went away, forcing the German to retire his car.

At lap fourty-seven, Robert Kubica (BMW Sauber) had a collision with Kazuki Nakajima (Williams-Toyota). Nakajima stayed un-damaged and was able to get back in the race, however, the day ended for the young pole.

At lap fifty-three, both Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari) and Sebastien Bourdais (Toro Rosso-Ferrari) suffered engine problems.

The race ended with Lewis Hamilton (McLaren Mercedes) winning the grand prix, followed by Nick Heidfeld (BMW Sauber) and Nicolas Rosberg (Williams-Toyota) for the podium finish. Fernando Alonso (Renault) was able to pass Heikki Kovalainnen (McLaren-Mercedes) in time to finish 4th and 5th respectfully. While Kazuki Nakajima finished 6th. Even if Bourdais and Raikkonen failed to cross the finish line, the 7th and 8th place gives points, thus, giving them points depsite not finishing.

Rubens Barrichello (Honda) managed to finish the race in 6th, but was disqualified by passing the pit lane when it was red.

Stay tune for the Malaysian grand prix review!

Sorry for the delay guys, but I'm too busy. Here's what's happening!

As you might noticed, I haven't logged in for like two weeks. Well, I got a good reason for this cause.

That being, me and my gf have moved in into our own house. And this kept me from logging in for a while, with all of the stuff now placed and organized. I will be able to be on more frequently. Although, the school exams should be starting soon (around April).

Anyway, I also decided to end the TV.com awards. Seeing as not enough people nominated during the process.

If you guys wanna know about my house, then comment and I will make a blog about it.

Heh. I decided to change the rules a bit, the "three challenges overall = out" rule will be deleted. It will just depend if your tribe votes you off.
