Happy Anniversary?

whoo! so it's like, my third year anniversary. or at least... it was so yesterday. Now what? A Fourth year? We'll see if I'm still here next year
It was a rocky third year, too many people left. I almost left. I lost my passion and love for tv.com. But it's still a cool site. Just not what it used to be. I hope i'll meet new people this year, and that the oldies keep comin' to this godforsaken place. Happy Anniversary to me. Wooh.
Enough of that now. Back to the normal tv blogging.

I frakkin love this song.
NEW TV
I've recently started watching some Pilots for this year's new tv. And this is what I thought about them.
Fear Itself

Remember Masters Of Horror? This is the little sister Spin-off. With less Gore, Nudity and more Story. At least... it tries. The Pilot wasn't anything I haven't seen before. But it wasn't as bad as I expected either (MOH's Pilot was't exactly great to begin with). I did see a few changes compared to MOH, apparently not EVERY character has to die now. MOH fans will be disappointed with the lack of Gore and Nudity. But some horror fans might like it more. I'll keep watching for sure, despite it being very average and I already watched the second episode which was worse.
Grade C+
Fringe

Honestly, the only reason why I was looking forward to it was because it's J.J.'s fourth show. I've never been a huge fan of Felicity or Alias, but I did like them enough. And you know how I feel about Lost. But I felt disappointed after watching the Pilot. What an empty, unoriginal and uninspiring show. The charcaters are completely flat and have no likability. I kept waiting for it to pick up but it only seemed to get worse. I did love the teaser though, that looked awesome. Too bad the rest of the episode was nothing but a disappointment. I'll keep watching for Lance Reddick, but if it doesn't improve I'll quit watching. Besides, he's also on Lost now anyway.
Grade D+
True Blood

The show i've been waiting for forever. Since Six Feet Under's finale, I've been waiting for a new Alan Ball project. That guy just can't do wrong in my eyes. And since Angel ended i've been waiting for a good Vampire series (Moonlight & Blood Ties are TEH suck). And this show is both. I loved it, it's like a porno, a cool vampire movie and a comedy put together. The cast was surprisingly good. The witty dialog of Alan Ball. I effing loved it. It's my new favorite show! Not everyone will love it because it's not so much about vampires, than it is about the characters. Just like Six Feet Under & American Beauty.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA
Hadn't blogged about BSG because of Lost. But now that season is over, you can expect a lot of BSG blogs. Even with the hiatus. The three last episodes have been absolutely OMGHFIUURBGFYED. The best three of the season.
BSG is actually slowly becoming my favorite show of all time.
Sine Qua Non

Maybe not everyone's favorite episode. But I loved it, it was another character-centric but this time it actually changed the plot. Adama gave up his leader ship to Tigh and Lee became the new president. I loved Romo's return, he's a crazy character and I think he adds a lot to the episodes he has appeared on. I also love the Tigh/Adama relationship and their little fight. Only thing I didn't like was Natalie's death, it was too early. She was a cool Cylon. RIP.
Grade: A
The Hub

I've been waiting for this since Season 3's 'Rapture'. I loved D'Anna and it was oh-so good to have her back. This episode was beautifully written and action packed. It was nice to see Elosha back (They don't usually bring back dead characters unless they're Cylons) and oh my god was the ending epic or what? Are all One's, Four's, Five's and Boomer destroyed? IMO it happened too fast. It was another great episode with a brilliant performance from Mary McDonell.
Grade: A+
Revelations

The mid-season finale. And OMFGZ! It has 'BEST EPIZODE EVAHZ!!!!!!!!!!1111111111' all over. It was unrationally good. I even shed more than just a few tears. And can't believe it all happened in this episode while we still got freekin' 10 episodes to go (and more movies?). I have no idea how they're going to carry on the show after this. It might just fail (i'm sure it won't) but it will be hard to top this for me. I felt like my brain was melting. And that frakkin' cliff-hanger OMFGZ! It's why I love this show so much.
Grade: A+++++++++++++++++
Gah! I can't wait for more BSG. The waiting is probably gonna kill me
Oh wellz. Thanks for reading. Peace Out, fools

Anyway, I have a new feature on my forum. You can make blogs now!

I think it's very cool. But it means that I have less reason to blog HERE. I could double-post my blogs though. But my blogs there have been pretty short so far, and I like to write freekishly long blogs over here.
