Okay, so basicly the summer leading up to the Wii, all I did was preach to my friends about it. I almost was like a spokesperson! Anyways, I had me and 4 other of my friends wanting one. So we decided that we would go at launch to get one, wake up bright and early. (5 AM). I used to live in a very small town a couple years back, and the Wal-Mart we went to that morning had only about 20 systems there. Luckily me and my 4 friends got there on time, they gave us numbers and we we're 11-16. So we wait..and wait..and finally, they call our numbers..

I was number 16 so I watched all my friends buy Wiis first, along with Zelda. Then it got to me..

I was paying with my bank card, mind you, which i didn't realize had a daily withdraw limit of $100 a day! Thanks mom!

So I swipe my card through..and it says daily withdraw limit exceeded, I said "thats impossible! Its 7 AM, what could have I bought?!" And after arguing and pleeding for them to hold on for it until tomorrow when I could get some actual cash, they refused..

So me, the one that had been bragging up the Wii the whole year, and convincing my friends to get one, was the one left with none at all! I had to watch them open up their boxes and fling around the wii motes saying "ohh this is gonna be so cool!" for the ride back home, which was an hour long.

Needless to say..I was pretty heart broken that day. But it wasn't all bad I suppose, I ended up buying a 360 that Christmas, and now I have all 3 consoles.

So me and my roommate picked up Sacred 2 and have been playing that for a while..before I had to just stop.

Don't get me wrong, I actually think the game is great, and very good looking. But its missing one thing..TRADING!

Wow, I can't believe this game does not have local trading. Meaning, if you play coop, and your partner picks up an item (which you can't even see what item your picking up until you have it in your inventory), he cannot trade me that item. He has gotten 3 of my skills that I can't have. I've heard rumors that they are going to patch this, but its hard to even think that it wasn't included in the game itself. That being said, however, I mostly love every other part of the game. I am a huge Diablo fan, and this is more of the same. Alittle more weak, but still good.

I've also been playing the new UFC game since launch, and I likey! I'm fighting my way through the Middleweight division. Although on my 6th or 7th fight, I foolishy tried to fight Michael Bisping and got my ass handed to me! I really wanted the achievement for retiring undefeated, damn.

And the last game I've been playing is Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. I know, I am WAY late..especially coming from a guy who loves RPGs. I must say, this game is huge. I don't have much more to say about it, I'm only about 5 hours in, but I can see why people love it so much.

Lastly, I would like to say that I'm planning to get either a Dreamcast or a Nintendo 64 at my local game store. I've always heard really good things about the Dreamcast but I've only played one or two games. I used to own a Nintendo 64, but haven't played in a while. Wouldn't mind playing some old school Mario Party and bring back some memories. Anywho, I'm out. Peace.

I'm planning on getting a Dreamcast soon. Theres just something about old games that I love. SNES is probably my favorite console TO DATE. Its too bad Nintendo is letting any peice of sh*t possible to come to the Wii. What happened to Nintendos "seal of quality?" I'm tired of waiting for them to actually bring out good games, and not crappy ports. I was just reading up on Dead Space, which I LOVED for the 360. Its a 3rd person rail shooter?!? What the hell.I know they are just bringing it to the Wii so they can cash in, but its retarded. I think ultamitly the main reason I'm dissapointed with the Wii is because I love the DS, it has great games and I thought the Wii would be similar. Its basicly the same damn thing! Anyways..I'm done my rant.
