Toronto!

Hi everyone,

I write to you all from the buzzing Canadian city of Toronto (population 2 500 000.) I had a great day of shopping today and I am headed for the States tomorrow.

I hope you are all well and I don't expect you all to comment on these blogs as I have been unable to comment on yours. Have a great day!

Trip!

Hi everyone,

First of all, I must apologize for not commenting on many blogs or hardly posting. This week was crazy for soccer, I spent all of my time practising, playing or hanging out with the team.

There is exciting news, I'm heading out of town tomorrow, across five provinces and in three days and the heading down to the States until September 2nd. This week will consist of a lot of driving, then shopping and watching baseball and football games.

I'm taking my laptop with me so I will be keeping up with tv.com while I'm gone!

Did you know?

The sun is 330,330 times larger than the earth! I didn't know that....did you?

Sick Days

Hi everyone,

The last couple of days I've been feeling pretty unwell and have been camping out in front of the TV downstairs. I'm not usually up to coming upstairs to check things on the computer. Hopefully I will be feeling better soon. I have been able to get to a few blogs and make a fews posts, however if I usually comment on your blog and I don't comment on your latest one you will know why. No worries and thanks for taking the time to read this. I will do my best to get to your comments and thanks again.

I'm an editor, v 2.0!

Check it out, I'm an editor for the TLC show Ashley Paige: Bikini or Bust! Please stop by if you get a chance. Alright time for some more favourites...

Movie: Titanic

An absolute c.l.a.s.s.i.c and one of the most popular films of all time. I've always had a big interest in history and in particular things like boat an plane crashes. My neck of the woods is actually the closest place in the world to the site of the Titanic so that's another big draw. I really enjoyed all aspects of this movie.

Athlete/Role Model: Ken Dryden (Hockey)

While I have many favourite current athletes (Perdita Felicien, Maria Sharapova, Chris Bosh to name a few) I really admire Ken Dryden. While he has won the Calder Trophy, Stanley Cup, and Vezna Trophy it is his work off the ice I admire most. I believe he is one of the smartest professional athletes of all time. As a student-athlete I admire him for showing the world that there is more to life then the game.

Potential Trip: Seven Wonders of the World

One of my life goals is to visit the new seven wonders if the world. As I've said before I love history and am really into historic monuments and such. I guess there's no really way to explain why I would like to visit these places, but hopefully one day I will get there! As of last year the seven wonders of the world have changed a bit, check out the official list HERE.

Christ Redeemer, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Colosseum, Rome.

Alright, that's it for this time!

"Great minds have purposes, others have wishes. "

I thought it would be neat to start a list of some of my favourite things, so here goes...

TV Show: Bones

Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz, do you really need another reason?

Sport: Hockey

I guess it's a case of our perceptions being distorted by success. The feeling of the winning goal can't be measured. OK, and meeting Alexander Ovechkin (and the whole Russian team) can help too I guess!

Quote: "If you want to know your past - look into your present conditions.
If you want to know your future - look into your present actions."

-Buddhist Saying

The cycle of life and how you control it explained in two short sentences.

That's all for now, if you comment, please leave me some suggestions of categories that I can list my favourites in next time!

Have a good week!
