Happy New Years!
First Oblivion Gate Closed
Well out of sheer boredom add to the fact that there was nothing else on TV- I decided to pick up Oblivion for the 360 again..
I finally closed my FIRST Oblivion gate. What a rush! I can seriously see what all the fuss is about this game.
Well...
Recently got Soul Caliber III for the PS2... Definantly not as sharp as some games on the 360 but then again, the ps2 is an aging system.
I am deciding on getting either a PSP or a Nintendo DS Lite as my next major purchase. Not sure which > I prefer the PSP as it has media capabilities but the game selection seems sort of spread thin....
Anyway peeps... Talk to you later.
EA License Exclusive Shocks Many
In what seemed like a strike against all gamers everywhere, EA has unbelievably bought the exclusive rights to the NFL for the next several years.
What does this entail for the regular joe shmoe gamer? Well if you are into Madden and ONLY Madden - probably not much- you are still going to get the licensed players and stadiums, teams etc... BUT if you are a gamer who enjoys diversity you will be severely dissapointed as other publishers will now have to rely on fake teams or have the ability to let the end user input the names of the players, time consuming at best.
What has EA wrought? Are they becoming the next microsoft? Only time will tell.
