When the presents you get are just plain sputid.
One of my friends is extremely bad at gift-picking. For that matter, she doesn't even choose her own clothes, but wears everything she gets from her 3ingly rich aunt who buys her fugly, 3ingly expensive stuff. She's also 3ingly greedy. My friend, that is.
Today, for the first time in my life, I saw 'Rebel Without A Cause'. It would've been good if it weren't for the corny music at the beginning and the ending. Oh, and if Jim's jacket were brown.
Due to today's date (which is an overrated holiday here; don't know about the rest of the world), there won't be any school until November 6th. That came good because of several things:
I'll get to work on the Shakespeare play.
I'll get to work on a new play I've become involved in by accident. The professor asked me to be both the playwright and the actor, but I rejected the latter. Though I'm worried about the roles; we'll have to find the most perfect actors. It also came in at a good time (the play) due to the fact that Shakespeare is way too comic, and I've struck a balance, with this one being extremely serious and heavy. It'll be written on the basis of a small novel written by a Croatian writer.
Next; we'll soon have another national date to mark, the Fall of Vukovar (a town). For 12 years now we were forced to write something about that town or about the war for that date, and always it would end up with corny, superficial poems about a soldier writing a letter to him Mother or about the sufferings of the people, blah, blah. Can I condole with those sufferings? Frankly, I don't know. The subject has been so washed out and patronised that it makes one wonder. That's why I'm going to write a 'blood & gore' story. Normally, my Croatian professor would expect something like that from me, but this... eheh, other professor, who happens to be the Literary Group leader (in which I've no idea how I've gotten into. The group.) won't be too keen on putting such work in the school hallway. Well, so-rray.
I'll also write a couple of short novel-like stories, based on some recent events.
Oh, and yesterday I met this kid, Minja. He's also in the School Play Troupe. He wouldn't be so intriguing if he weren't a star of television series about World War II and (especially my) countryside. The series were superb and I bluntly remember his performances but from what I've seen, he was good. Though I'm not sure if he were fit enough for the play I'm writing. I'm taking it with modesty.
Oh, and Hitler's right tooth suddenly became this giant tooth of sharpness. I hope the other one will grow as even.

Too many writtings in your life....
envomtonix: I don't very much like to talk about it, but yes, I write books. Can one therefore consider the nickname I'm using lame? I still *am* a geek, next to all of that.
