I want it!!!

I have been trying to watch the Nintendo E3 live confrence since it started but the video isn't loading. this sucks.

Here is an update on what I've been doing the last few weeks. I've been playing the two new expansions for WoW and LOTRO at the same time and I must say I have a lot on my plate.

I must say that WotLK is an easy expansion when compared with TBC. Many of the quests are far easier (and in many cases more fun to do) such as the new mount quests where you mount a Mammoth or horse and do something. Also the grinding has been reduced a lot.The art design and new zones are simply beautiful and I'm enjoying my time a lot questing there. The one thing that I'm not used to yet is the new Death Knight class. I tried rolling one and got bored so fast. Every time I try to play that toon I end up logging out within minutes.My toon is still level 58 and it's almost three weeks since release and I'm in no mood to play him.Not to mention they're ridiculously overpowered.

I've also started playing Lord of the Rings online but at a slower more casual pace when compared to WoW. It's a really good MMO and I'm liking it a lot.

As for Tabula Rasa, I finally recieved my copy in the mail after paying $2.25 for it on ebay! I wanna try it out before it shuts down. The game goes free on the 10th of January and since I get one month free with the game. So, If I subscribe on the 10th of december then I don't pay anything at all.

Oh and My main WoW carachter is currently at lvl 77 while my LOTRO main is at lvl 16.

I bought two good games for a cheap price. Daxter(PSP) for around $8 plus shipping and Mech Commander 2 (PC) for around $12.

I'm also thinking about pre-ordering WoW:Wrath of The lich king and Red alert 3. I've been planning for a long time to join Warhammer online when it comes out, but after playing the BETA and saw some of the new feauters of The Lich King, I changed my mind. It's been over a year since I quit WoW, I guess it's time to get back!

I also miss the old Gamespot layout.

I finally ordered the MGS4 Limited edition online from EBgames, but won't be playing it for at least a month since I'll be out of town on vacation. The wait kills me! It's the main reason why I got my PS3 in the first place.

*holds breath for that long*

Last thursday I picked up Civilization IV Chronicles which contains all 4 Civs with expansions (except for the last exps). Now I finally have all of the Civ series. It's easily one of my favourtie games of all time, it's damn addicting.

I also picked up Age of Empires 3 Gold Edition, somehow I'm not entirely pleased with the game. I'm a big fan of AoE 1 & 2 and Age of Mythology (which I still play till today), yet AoE 3 didn't click well with me. I donno if it's the setting or the gameplay changes or what exactly. Somehow I don't feel that its an AoE game. It's more like Cossacks or Empire Earth. It's sad how I got bored with it after a few plays and went back to playing AoM. I feel I wasted $40 on it.

And so it seems that Ryan Davis is leaving as well. On the spot is dying if not dead already.

I also seem to have completely forgot about GDC.

I have been away from Gamespot the last 2-3 days, and now when I come I find all this talk about Jeff Grestmann being fired over Kane and Lynch. I'm still in shock, It isn't the first time a big budget game was given a very bad score. Anyone remember the scores given to Red Steel, Lair or Zelda?

If Gamespot did this over money then that really pisses me off. I use to respect Gamespot alot. Now, it seems they're nothing but a money hungry giant. Jeff should probably go on to 1up or GT and give them his expertise. Anyone deserves it but GS.

I got Ratchet & Clank:ToD on Friday and played a chunk of it over the week end. I must say I love the game and the whole Pixar feel is just refreshing. I remember watching the GS review of it and it was said that the game was too easy and that it becomes challenging only towards the very end. Thats not entirely true, the game started to become fairly challenging quite early in the game. Anyways, the "gadgets" are very fun to use. One of my favourites is the Predator launcher, which is basically a rocket launcher that has the same lock on system as the predator from The Predator movie. Its definitely one of my favourites.

I also pre-ordered the Assassin's Creed limited edition from EBgames and I'm waiting for it. I hope it comes before thanksgiving so I'd play it over the break. I also quit World of Warcraft (again) so I could juggle both these games (plus I was getting seriously sick of it...again!!!).

I finally got a 60GB PS3 last week. I wanted the 60GB mainly for its EE chip, thats why i didn't wait for the 80GB. I also got Ninja Gaiden Sigma and some older PS2 games I never played. My list of future PS3 games are: Warhawk, Assasin's Creed, Heavenly sword, MGS4, Killzone 2 (I suck at playing FPS on a console but whatever) FF13 and VS. I also might get Lair and uncharted.

I will probably wait along time on GTAIV because I'm kinda sick of the series. I havn't even finished san andreas. The series got repatative plus I didn't like the san andreas setting. The game had great new addtions to the franshise but the main story and the whole gang war thing didn't impress me.

   CNC 3 baby !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good old CNC. Generals was an abomination. I just got the game. its what we need. anyways, i need to go and play.

 So I entered the Dark Portal around 6:00 pm MT on the 18th of January to find it packed with all kinds of classes and races. almost all of Azeroth is devoid of any lvl 60s.

 In case u haven't figured it out yet, im talkin about the World of Warcraft's new xpac, the Burning Crusade. I pre-ordered it from ebgames.com nearly 4 months ago. it finally arrived on the 18th. I could have just bought it the day it came out from Walmart or Fry's or something. but I thought it would be impossible to find a copy because I wasn't going to camp out side waiting for its release. Anyways, I got it and Im really happy with it because after spending over 1240 hrs (according to xfire) in pre-BC WoW. I kinda got sick of it. so this new xpac came at the right time. It should keep me busy for at least a couple of months.
