Cormega's forst official debut "The Realness" will always be hailed as a street classic. Mega's lyrics and production grasps you from the first song. "Dramatic Entrance" was a great track to start off the album with Mega's classic line "...lyrically I fell I'm too real..". "American Beauty" is Mega's own ode to hip hop and was done in a nice way. After a collab with Prodigy of Mobb Deep in "Thun N Kicko", Mega gets ultimately deep and descriptive in "The Saga" in which he starts of "the saga begins, my reflection of the ghetto within..." In the song, "R U My Nigga", Mega makes sure there's no betrayal. After a lyrical eulogy in "Fallen Soldiers", Mega reflects in "Glory Days". Later in the LP, Mega bring it to you hardcore in the fiery single "Get Out My Way". Mega then drops the a gunplay street tale in "You Don't Want It", which Mega spits over a nice piano beat. Mega then goes acapella in "5 for 40" and then A remix of "Fallen Soldiers" produced by Alchemist wraps up the album. Cormega may not get the commercial props he surely deserves but true hip hop heads know that this LP is an underground classic.

The "Soulja Rags" album is a very good Juvenile album, although not as good as "400 Degreez" or "Juve The Great", this is a good album. The lead single, "Soulja Rag", is strait fire and sets the tone for the album early. Die hard juvenile fans will enjoy this album as a peice of relavent hip-hop from a New Orleans legend.
