cya for a while - vacation and stocking up)

I don't really feel like writing..typing right now, so I'll try just to get to the main points:

my stepdad's an ass and blew $700 on a stupid car even though he already has 6, he paid $350 for it to be shipped to us, now we have to get it back there. so insted of paying the $350 just to ship it, we're going to take it ourselves by taking that car back and bringing one of our own along to take us all back. So we're going to make a vacation out of it by going to the Jersey beach, boardwalk, hotel, amusement park, etc. for a few days along the way, It would be cheaper just to go there and come back (from butler Pennsylvania (me) to ...somewhere in newJersey (southwest of atlantic city is where the car has to go, but we will be just south of atlantic city for the beach and all)). Man, hope it's good weather.

Don't know why, but every time I think about this, 1 thing comes to mind: National Lampoon's (Summer) Vacation, I just know it (and a little bit of one of the Beethoven movies if yah know what i mean)).

I've also been doing yard work for my one neighboor for about a month now and have literally not been paid anything yet. But I told him about my vacation and he OFFERED me $100. Sweet ey! He really is a nice guy though, and he could probably afford it.

I was already planning on getting a few games, and then planning on getting a few new DS games for the trip (even though they are a little pricey...). Like I was already planning to get the old Transformers game which is now at agreat deal of $10 as well as the good Arc the Lad game for about $7. and maybe the Suikoden III used for $25. As far as DS games go, debating now on, Custom robo, FFIII, Etrian Odyssey, lunarknights, advance wars ds, scurge (since it's cheap), etc.and maybe DQ:slime rocket or FF Chocobo. Possibly even some new GBA games, if they are cheap enough.

Then I can only get so much with $100, still kinda cool. Though I did want to save at least a little for the actual trip in case I wanted to do something, but games are just so tempting. I'm even thinking about not even bringing my DS or any games. Just to enjoy life and have fun in the world around me.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be glad ot hear them. So anyway, I'll be leaving on Monday (early) and gone until either Wednesday or Thursday

sorry for it being so long, like i said, I really don't feel like typing, but I like giving thedetail even more- cya later

death of Chris Benoit & family...

I'm shocked and sad tofind outthatearlier today, June 25, 2007, one of the most respectable, honorable, and profound wrestlers and his wife Nancy and 7 year old son Daniel; were all found dead in their Georgia home today... that just sucks. Chris Benoit was one of the best wrestlers as well as one of the better "personalities" in wrestling. He was a good man, and you could tell just by watching him: no cheating, all honor and respect. They even canceled today's RAW to pay tribute to Chris Benoit. I do not have a direct link to the tribute video, but I'm sure you'll spot it, take a look: http://www.wwe.com/

I stopped watching wrestling for a few years, and I just now started to get back into it. And I come to find one of the most beloved characters in wrestling REALLY dead... ... poor Chris... I'm also shocked to know that Eddie Guerrero has also died?! I don't know when that happened....why is everyone dying... I don't know what is up with Vince McMahon though, is he dead or what??

(it's at times like these when I wish I knew how to make tribute videos or knew how to put any kind of media in my blog) Anyway, please take a look at the tribute video on the wwe site and know his accomplishments and him. At least he finally won the world title in his 22-year career, good for him. It won't be the same without you Chris, we all miss you, and rest in peace.

Christopher Michael Benoit

(May 21, 1967 - June 25, 2007)

-a true professional wrestler respected by all, and a beloved husband and father

-as well as Nancy and Daniel Benoit, Chris Benoit's beloved wife and son

We'll miss you!

Best Developer/Companies ever

I'm bored, so I figured that I would make a list of some of the best, and my favorite developers, publishers, and other companies and why.

Level-5 -- Developer -- created the Dark Cloud series (preferrably Dark Cloud 2), Dragon Quest VIII (while working with Akira Toryama - DBZ creator/artist), Rogue Galaxy (one of the best RPGs ever that deserves more), and the upcoming Dragon Quest IX AND"White Knight Story" for PS3, an action RPG with real-time swordplay (actually control what you do - awesomeness) and more, just check out the vid:http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/rpg/whiteknightstory/media.html?om_act=convert&om_clk=tabs&tag=tabs;videos(sorry, don't know how to load a video into my blog)

Intelligent Systems -- Developer -- created the sweet Advance Wars and Fire Emblem series as well as successfullycontinuinga bunch of other Nintendo licensed franchises

Nintendo -- Publisher/Developer -- although the so-called "kiddiest" publisher of the Big Three (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo), still the most successful and enjoyable. (No hard feelings to Sony or Microsoft either, Sony is awsome too, really, but Nintendo is who really has it - I guess Microsoft is good too, never really had too much experience with them, but I would say that they have a lot, just not the lasting appeal of Nintendo) OVERALL for the it's entire franchise lineup - for examples, refer to Super Smash Brothers Melee ( or Brawl) (which includes franchises such as theMario universe, The Legend of Zelda, DonkeyKong, Pokemon, Kirby, Fire Emblem, andStarfox)and others like Animal Crossing - too many mentionables

Square Enix -- Publisher/Developer -- creating the longest lasting RPG series there ever was as well as others like Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest, Star Ocean, and even trying to bring Fullmetal Alchemist into the industry - too many mentionables

Crierion -- developer --creating Burnout series and introducing TRUE destrucability, also with Black

Insomniac -- developer -- one of the very first "best" developers for Sony with their early works of the first 3 (or 4?) Spyro the Dragons for the original Playstation and then moving on to creating the Ratchet & Clank franchise as well as resistancewith still more to come. (It's a shame they left poor spyro...)

Electronic Arts (EA Games) -- Publisher/Developer -- licensing some of the most exciting games to come out, especiallysports (Madden, Fight Night, Street, etc.) - too many mentionables

Tecmo --Publisher/Developer -- the spectacular Monster Rancher series and others like Ninja Gaiden, DOA, etc that I am unfamiliar with (no Xbox or 360)

Bandai / Namco / NamcoBandai (or is it BandaiNamco...) -- Publisher/Developer -- especially for bringing some of my favorite animes to life...or...video games, including Digimon, Naruto, DBZ - as well as their various other action, RPG, and fighting games such as Tekken, Soulcalibur, Ace Combat, the Tales series, etc. - too many mentionables

Harmonix --Developer-- for creating Guitar Hero

THQ --Publisher/Developer -- working on some fine titles such as WWE Smackdown! vs. RAW series, MX vs. ATV Unleashed, Destroy all humans!,etc.

Yuke's --Developer-- for making WWE wrestling so fun

Natsume -- Developer -- for creating one of the "purest" franchises ever: Harvest Moon

Bethesda Softworks -- Developer/Publisher -- creating the Elder Scrolls

GameFreak -- Developer -- for creating the wonderful world of Pokemon

Atari -- Publisher -- for creating video gaming and begining the Dragon Ball Z video game franchise

Koei --Publisher/Developer -- for defining beat'em up games with the Dynasty Warriors series

Spike -- Developer -- for inventing Tenkaichi and (nearly) TRUE DBZ, and some of their other games including

SCEA -- Publisher/Developer -- for licensing some of the best games ever to grace the PS2, like Shadow of the Colossus and almost any other game imaginableexclusive to just thePS2 - WAY too many mentionables

Pandemic Studios --Developer-- for developing such games as Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2, Mercenaries, and the upcoming Mercinaries: World in Flames, Destroy all Humans! 1 and 2, etc.

BioWare --developer-- not much I know about, but they did creat star Wars KOTOR and Jade Empire, who knows what is next

LucasArts --Publisher/Developer-- especially for making Star Wars an enjoyable video game franchise and others like Thrillville, and mercinaries

Lionhead Studios --Developer -- again, don't know much about, but created Fable and Black & White

Rockstar -- Developer -- I guess I must mention these guys for creating Grand Theft Auto and then making other titles such as Bully, The Warriors, etc. I have only played the grand theft auto series, and I must say that they are some very addicting games, but they really ARE "bad"

Konami --Publisher/Developer-- for bringing in dozens... of Yu-Gi-Oh! games as well as Zone of the Enders, Metal Gear Solid, Devil May Cry, Suikoden, Castlevania(none of which I have played..), Winning Eleven soccer series, and of course, Dance Dance Revolution - too many mentionables

Capcom --Publisher/Developer-- Licensing Okami, viewtiful joe and many street fighters and alike, and creating Resident Evil and Megaman

Clover Studios --Developer-- mentionable especially for creating Okami and asle Viewtiful Joe

Activision --Publisher-- Spiderman

Sega -- Developer/Publisher -- for creating Sonic

Atlus --Developer/Publisher-- for Riviera: the Promised Land for the GBA which I still need to get, and all of their other "good" RPGs including summon night, shin megami tensei, super robot taisen,Disgaea, and Steambot Chronicles (Bumpy Trot) - (all of which I still have to play)

Neversoft -- Developer -- for their work with the Tony Hawk series, Gun (i guess), and, supposedly, the upcoming Guitar Hero III

2K Games --Developer/Publisher-- for Publishing many titles such as Elder Scrolls, Prey, Sid Meier's Pirates!, andCivilization (never played any..yet)

That's about all I can recall for now.Feel free to speak your minds in case I forgot or overlooked something, I'm sure I haven't played every single game

About Me

This is my MySpace: My name is Sean and I am 15. I am proud to say that I bought most of the games I have all by myself and I'm not even 15 yet. Believe me, I don't get much of an allowance either( cough!.......cou...$5aweek..gh..) My first system was a Sega Genesis ( technically it was my mom's boyfrined's son's, but it is the first time I could play a gaming system anytime I wanted to. So technically MY first system that was totally ALL mine was a Sony Playstation and MY first game was Spyro the Dragon and I am proud to say that I still have both to this day). All the PC games I have I can only play at my dad's house(divorced parents). Personally( PLEASE no offense to all those PC gamers out there, you might want to look away for a second) I think PC games should DIE! Just think about it. PC requires $1000 of things to install onto you computer just to play a game. It's also uncomfortable, and these are just a few reasons. I live in Pennsylvania and someday hope to become a video game designer. I don't have a girlfiend... yet, so all you ladies out there.......... cAll me. Anyway video games are my pride and joy. I can only think of a few right now but my favorite shows are Dragon Ball Z(when I do become a game designer, I have a surprise for all thise other DBZ fans), Inuyasha, and the show on G4TV(check your local listings or contact your cable provider). My hobbies are....................VIDEO GAMES. You know, I spend even more time educating myself with the latest games by looking at this website(+ IGN, EB Games, etc.)or watching G4 than I do actually playing the games I have. I'm dieing to get a Xbox 360, but even more a PSP. Sadly, I don't have an Xbox, so I've never experienced Halo, KOTOR, or any of those things, But if the 360 plays those old xbox games, I'll experience it soon enough, but until then, can someone tell me what it's like? If you want to know anything else, feel free to Pm me about anything. Video Games Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have no idea how much it sucks not to be allowed to play M rated games, come on mom and dad!? Will my unions PLEASE stop PMing me so much?! my favorite shows (animes (which should have great games!!)): DBZ Naruto Fullmetal Alchemist Inuyasha MAR Pokemon Digimon +LEVEL 5 Rocks!!
