So after a year, five months and five days of particpating on this site, the day has finally come. I have finally been tagged. So below shall be ten facts about myself in no particualr order.

1. This is the first time I have ever been tagged.@Slyfur has really made my day by tagging me.

2.Mycloset consists of nothingbut skinny jeans and V-necks. Iown the same V-neck in three different colors plus many other.

3.My username is a mixture of a bunch of things I love. Charlie is repersentive of my dog and my favorite character on LOST. And you know Strife is the last name of Clould Strife. I actually share the initals C.S. with my username.

4.My cousin Gamer4life02 introduced me to this site and to many of my friends here. I wish she would come on here more.

5. I love my iPod like it is my baby. It is one malnourished 8-gb iPod Nano currently holding 447 songs and full of about about 1.5 gb's of Podcasts.

6. I wear flip-flops almost year-round. I have wore flip-flops in the snow once.

7. I am addicted to youtube.com. I spend a lot of my free time watching videos. I am subbed to 59 people at the moment. CTFxC FTW!!!

8. I am the type of girl that laughs about something that happened yesterday. I tend to find things way funnier then they were meant to be.

9. When I was four my favorite song was 'Girls, Girls, Girls' by Motely Crew. Thats just how rock and roll I am

10. I love Forrest Gump. It is the best movie of all time. If I was stuck on a deserted island and could only bring one thing, I would bring Forrest Gump. I would recite almost every line.I even own a shirt that has a quote on the back that says "Mama always said "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonnna get."

not from Gamespot but from Kayla, I guess its been a couple of weeks since I told her that I thought she was beautiful and that I would like to hang out with her. In the past few days she has been blogging alot I mean like almost 4 times a day and she used to blog like every 5 to 6 days and she has been saying some weird things. Its going to be hard for me but its for the best right now, so she has time to think about this and this has been emotionally draining for me. I did get her a little something today just some small notepads with horses on the front since she really likes horses, I don't plan to give her that until sometime next year.

I'll be posting there under the same name and in unions and game boards here for a little bit. I'm not leaving, I'm just going to take a little break from Off Topic. I suggest you join. It isn't constantly active like Gamespot is but that's understandable as there aren't 8,000 users online at once and it's a small price to pay for not getting e-raped by moderators. So, this event started yesterday! Or... today, or something. Now, they're announced some exciting news like:
If you want a ffxiii demo, you must buy advent children on blu ray!
A ffxiii game no one wanted was coming to cell phones, but now it's for the psp
X game coming this year
Y game coming that year
X game being "exclusive" to ps3
Y game being multiplatform

now, it's good, since those games in the event (final fantasy xiii and it's bastard childs, all of the new KH games, dissidia, sigma harmonics etc) from weeks ago called E3 (which blowed by the way) and well, nomura said there would be a BIG announcement, as in BIG. As in; I'll give you all hopes up of a FFVII remake.

Now, I never played it on the psone, but I've played FFVII on my pc, but the damn thing crashes, so it's got no use anymore. There's many solutions for me playing this now.
-get a ps1 copy
-get a better pc copy
-get a rom of something, which I won't
-the famous "remake" which would be awesome, and might happen, since square likes making, remake, after remake, after port, after remake, and then another port.

If not ffvii remake, at least something regarding FFVIII, since... well, I haven't played it, but have been dying to play it.

E3

Well another E3 has come and gone. There was no earth shattering news (except for maybe FFXIII on xbox 360...I think everyone was expecting it though), but tons of great games were on display:

Far Cry 2 looks amazing. So do RE5, Left 4 Dead, and Dead Space (I'm a sucker for survival horror). Fable 2 looks to be coming along well, I love that you can literally buy every shop, castle, etc in the game. And who can forget Fallout 3? I'm a big fan of the original two and had my reservations like lots of people about the free-roaming Oblivion-style gameplay that Bethesda was pursuing, but after seeing the demo, I am absolutely pumped. Finally on the Lucasarts side of things, Force Unleashed almost brought tears to my eyes, as did Mercenaries 2.

I sat there and literally watched all the coverage, except for the Nintendo press conference which I couldn't get up in time for, but still only got 2 emblems...I was hoping GS would give out separate emblems for each conference like last year, but I guess 2 is better than none.

Other Things

In other news, Jeff Gerstmann's Giant Bomb website is now live. It is an absolutely stunning website with tons of features to explore. That place will seriously give GS a run for it's money. Check it out: http://www.giantbomb.com/

State of the Blog

Not sure if anyone really follows this blog, but apologies to all of you who've been peeking in. I've been so busy with school, work, etc, that I haven't had the time to blog regularly. I'm still here, though, and I read all comments, so feel free to leave me a note!
