"guilty pleasure" [5/27/09]
remember our maid who stole my mp4 player, used my cellphone without my permission, and made my bill cost like more than 12,000 pesos ($250)? well, she's gone forever.. good riddance!
last week was her so-called "one week off" but after that she said that we have to look for another maid 'cause she wants to be with her family. because of that, i'm now doing all the work! i cook, clean, wash dishes, and take out the trash. before, all i do is give Kelly a bath and all her needs and wash my clothes.
my mom works the whole day. my brothers do nothing but use the computer, play ps2, and watch tv. it's kinda unfair.. but i'm glad i get to do something good.

Our first formal debate has come to an end. Each side's points were discussed. As for our side, we believe that the number of school days must be retained and should not be reduced to 4 because... *pauses* of the points they said.
Our first point is that students we'll become even more lazy than they, we are now. We're lazy. *i laughed, then the audience did too *
As for our second reason, there would be a big lack of time because of the many disturbances.. blah, blah, blah..
here's how it ended:
Me: So do you really think that reducing the school days to 4 is all good? *looks at notebook* We think it's not. *looks again * We think that it's best if the number of school days will still be five. [idk if that's what i really said]

we arrived at school. and they were all done walking across the aisle. we entered the auditorium. i heard someone saying, "she's late." thought of gossip girl at that moment. who am i like.. serena?
i went to my seat and G, who was seated next to me, greeted me, "Kuya L, you made it!"
i asked her if Ms. S noticed that i wasn't around, she said that she assumed that we're all present. i was relieved 'cause this means that i still get to receive my "punctuality and perfect attendance" award i really deserve that 'cause since i was grade 6, i was never absent except for only 1 time when i got sick and i was never "officially" late -meaning i didn't have tardiness slips - but i still didn't have that award until now.

"funny, funnier, and funnierer" [3/19/09]

i was fixing my headband using mighty bond, a super glue. and something so funny happened.. my thumb was glued to my pointer! i'm talking about the left hand. i tried using acetone to "unglue" my 2 fingers, but it didn't work. i was like, "i'm stuck like this forever!" i called mom who was at the office to tell her about what happened. she told me to read what's written in the label so i did, and it says that when it's on skin, use acetone. i tried applying more acetone. it worked!

our teachers and some D'can employees went to Bangkok, Thailand. they'll stay there up to sunday. it's their field trip.. so we don't have cl@sses for 5 days!
this day, i was with 4 honor students at SM Megamall. we celebrated our triumph over this school year and our exams. for me, it's like our "project runaway", meaning easy victory, 'cause most of use took only like 4 exams, and we like run away from school and had fun at the mall. we ate at Dad's and spent like 4 hours in the ice skating rink. it was my first time to experience both - eat-all-you- can and ice skating.

"thunderstorm thoughts" [4/21/09]
It's natural for us to be fearful in a storm (literal or figurative). The disciples had Jesus right there in the boat with them, yet they were afraid (Matt. 8:23-27). He used the calming of the storm as a lesson to show them who He was-a powerful God who also cares for them.
We wish that Jesus would always calm the storms of our life as He calmed the storm for the disciples that day. But we can find moments of peace when we're anchored to the truth that He's in the boat with us and He cares.

"question answered" [4/26/09]
today, the message from our youth fellowship was about the second coming of Christ. while i was praying after i received the Lord's supper (communion), i realized that that was the answer all along! reminding myself that Jesus is coming back anytime will make me focus my life on important things such as prayer, the Bible, church activities, school, and whatever my parents order me to do
--so that's my most fave blog.. but honestly, i didn't really focused as i expected myself this school year 
i hope now my memory's refreshed by this message, i'll be more focused in life.

Hey everybody how are y'all doing??? good i hope!!
Hhhm...what to talk about? Okay, I'll tell you about my weekend! I had a crazy fantastic weekend. so much fun.
We went uniform shopping (ughh but new clothes is still new clothes 
) Then. we went to see A Perfect getaway. OH MY GOD. this movie was sooo good. and such a thriller! You guys will love it < 3
Really cool movie. I also (Mike you already know about this haha) got a new pair of glasses! I wear contacts too sometimes, but glasses are my pal when im feeling lazyyy! They were retail price $350 but thank god for insurance which helped me get them 1/2 off. And, they're adorable Dolce & Gabana. Us girls, know that thats a freaking steal for D &G glasses i was pumpe abt that. So this week is pretty crazy for me. This friday, my friends and I are having a girls night out 
Some shopping, then movies and dinner. Ooh im excited. I'm ecspecially excited to see The Time Traveler's Wife. AHHHHHHHHHHHH Eric Bana is suchhhhhh a hottie.
And, Rachel McAdams is a great actress too so im stoked. Then Saturday, im going school supply shopping which i thought i was gonna do this past saturday but didnt. due to procrastination of course. I also have to go shoe shopping for some flats for school. And, might get a hair cut; we'll see
Then Sunday, I leave FOR MICHIGAN BABAYYY. hell yeah!! im going on this trip with our schools chamber choir. and we get to stay at this gorgeous house thats on the beach right on Lake Michigan. And, we're gonna practice and get to know the new members. I'm excited cause alot of my best friends are in the choir with me so that should be fun!!
Okay, so being the pop-culture obsessive fan that I am, I SAW TEEN CHOICE AWARDS LAST NIGHTTTTT. AHHHHHH.
Let me start out by saying how INCREDIBLY HOT. like smokin hot..Taylor Lautner was. he looked so good in a vest. and his hair was utter perfection.

Ahola everybody I am back from my long vaction.For my come back I will make a tournament that will last about 5 rounds. You guys know the rulz but if you don't I will tell you. Just wait until I post it. So yeah I am back and ready.
Even though your playing a video game, the main character you are controlling doesn't really matter to you much, but when you get into the game's story, the character becomes part of you. He/She starts to become those character you just can not forget.
5. Niko Bellic(GTAIV): What does the Amercian Dream mean to some people? When I first watched the first trailer for GTAIV, When they showed Niko Bellic saying his little quote "Life is complictaed, I killed people...etc etc etc. After the trailer ws done, I said to myslef this new guy is going to be quite interesting. When the game was released and wtching the first cut scene Niko was being interesting to me. Later on the game he just becomes this ultimate bad ass guy, he come to Liberty City for two reasons Live the Amercian Dream and Look for that Special someone. He might do all killing and stealing, but you gotta know why he is doing it, he doesn't get pleasure out of it, he needs the money and becoming a wanted man is what he good at. But there are times when you get the choice for Niko to make, either kill this guy and get paid or kill the other guy who offered you the money. If you have not played GTAIV then you don't know what I'm talking about, but if you own a PS3 and 360 pick this up, it's a fantasitic game.
4. Kratos(GOW series): OMG this guy is unbelievable, and I know for sure the ones that played GOW 1 and 2, they know what I'm talking about. This guy has no remorse, anger, murder and revenge is bulit inside of him. He is all fantasy, whatever comes in his way he will finish it. If you own a PS2 you gotta pick up God Of War and God Of War 2, can't wait for GOW3, it's going to be honor to play as Kratos agian.
3. Leon S Kennedy(RE2 and RE4): Playing as him in Resident Evil 2 was fine, evne though he was rookie and his first day was killing zombies and sick creatues. When you play as a rookie you just go psshhh lame, but he was alright. His job was save whoever was left alive. Now on Resident Evil 4, he was good, he was legit. He wasn't afraid of anything, his job was to save the president's daughter, it's like he gets her but then she gets kidnapped again, finds her agian, but once again gets kidnapped again. What I like about Leon is he never gave up on his job, and whatever came in his way he would pull the trigger. In fact he actually enjoys killing these infected freaks, he gets bored if doesn't kill anything. He's a funny guy. If you own a PS2 or a Gamecube, then Resident Evil4 is some thing you should pick, at gamestop the have $10 brand new on PS2. I don't know if they still sell RE2, it's PSone so you might have it online or something, but it was a great game.
2. Naked Snake aka Big Boss (MGS3): What can I say Big Boss was simply amazing. From the starting of the game to the finish there is no way to hate this guy. He was so memorable. He is what I like a Legend in video game industry. When he was given a job to kill the boss, and then later on find out more about Boss's job. It can instatly put a tear rolling down your cheeks. The boss was the mentor to Naked Snake, she was like a mother to him, all the combat snake learned was the Boss. Just imagine killing your own mother, it would be really hard to do. Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater is simply one of the best games out for PS2.
1. Solid Snake aka Old Snake(MGS series): Do I need to start with this guy? He is a hero, a icon and a Legend. When he was about to die, he really made me cry. I still remember the cutscene in MGS4 when sonny was asking Otacon where is Snake, and Otacon started to cry and told her he was at Alaska with a tear rolling down his cheek. About the same time it was happen to me. People that played the MGS series, they would understand. He never cries, he is not much of a lover. His character is unique and very likeable. He is a Legend and if you want finish his character legacy, then my friend you gotta own a PS3.
Hey y'all! I just wanted to tell you I've already got my favorite for American Idol. I pick Jasmine, you know the girl who got out of poverty? I love her! I already have my bane, too. It's that one girl with the weird laugh. In other news yesterday in the mail, I got my tickets I got my tickets to go see David Cook!!! I can't wait for the concert. It'll be my first!
Hey everbody I've been really good. I got rid of my plaster cast and my hand is okay now But i still wasn't able to come here cuz all my time went for stundying and preparing for christmas party we had to do.
A friday before our christmas party we had a dress rehearsal and i say it was like really bad so we all thought that we are going to fail on wednesday but luckyly we had a chance to do one more rehearsal so when we performed on wendesday night it was pretty good actually. We all were really happy about that all went in right way and i think people liked it also. i was in one performance cuz at the time when we decided who is in what performance i had plaster cast and i got in only one performance. But it was actually good cuz it think i wouldn't been able to be in more performances cuz i had so much other things to do. I was in girls dance performance and i was in first row, cuz i was like one of the fastest one's who learned this dance. Our performance went really well even though we had less space for dancing then we thought we will have.
Then on the last day of school we had a christmas fair where every c.lass had to sell two services. We offered computer playing, guitar playing and girls sold a cookie desert. Our cookie desert was sold out in like 15 minutes so we went playing this game that boys offered.It was a wierd shooting game but it was funny to play cuz we were so amatures.
Time flies by then it was christmas time. I've been eating all the time and i got a lot of things for christmas. I would take too much time to write them up. But everybody have a merry christmas

4. Rock of Love: Charm School- lol. i love this show. kind of inappropriate though.

Hey guys! Yeah, I've decided to add my mood to my blog every day How exciting is that? So yeah, it's been a pretty long day. I woke up early this morning to catch some early waves before before a lot of people got up and about. I wiped out a couple of times, but the majority of the time I got a pretty good ride. It was really windy so the waves got pretty tall. One time when I wiped out I got caught in another wave and I kept getting pulled back and forth by the push and pill of the water. It was fun, and since hardly no one was out there then, I got most of the good waves.
After me and my brother Michael came back to the hotel room this morning and woke up my dad, my little brother Davon, and my baby sister, Megan, we went across the street to Mama's Kitchen for breakfast like we usually do. Me and Michael had a contest to see who could eat the most bacon in 10 minutes. 
So we order 10$ worth of bacon and started shoving it down our throats. Like 5 minutes in, we were both so tired we decided to stop I ended up winning with 24 strips of bacon, Michael got to 20. Even though he wasn't part of the contest, Davon got to 5 It was funny, he thought he was part of it. 
So around noon or so we got bored so we put on our bathing suits and stuck to the pool next door, which I finally figured out was called the Sandcastle. I got one of those fruit smoothies (which costed 8$ for ONE) and got me all hyped up. Me and Michael got in a water polo game with some other guys our age. We were on the red team, and we played against the blue team. After like an hour of taking up and entire pool and ticking people off the final score was 29-27. We won Someone called the people in the lobby and they came and split up the game. We got in trouble, but it was still fun We should do that again tomorrow.
We took Megan with us when we went to the pool, she stayed with Davon most of the time. He got really mad because he didn't get to swim much We gave him a break once or twice for about a combined total of 10 minutes. We put her in the water one time with floaties on and she started kicking, but not screaming. She seemed to like it. I'm pretty sure she's not old enough to swim yet, but still. We let her float there for a while. I'm sure glad nothing happened, because my dad would've killed me! 
But we take good care of her. Most of the time... 99% of the time.
I just recently got back from The Nascar Cafe' where we got dinner. If you've never heard of that, it's a musesum/resteraunt for NASCAR stuff. They have arcade games and stuff and a gift shop. The food isn't ALL that good, but the other stuff is pretty cool I guess. After we left there we went to the Nascar Go-Kart place where we raced like 2 races on the superkarts before it got too dark and they shut down. We have plently of tickets left so we'll probably go back tomorrow when they open, and I mean RIGHT when they open. So we don't have to wait in those SUPER long lines.
So yeah, the beach has been awesome so far. Tomorrow we're going back to the go-kart place like I said and to the Hardrock Cafe' for lunch or dinner or whatever. We'll probably go down to the pool again and we'll go surfing again. I'm exciting to see how my dad does with surfing... It should be interesting He said he's done it for a long time, but I don't know. It seems as if the beach really gives me ALOT to talk about... When I get back home I'll post some pics I've taken while we've been here, and I'll take some more while we're here, for like another week or so... My dad says we might stay a little longer, until I have to go back to campus at least. Which is the 25th. So when ****s start on the 2nd I'll start cutting back on my online time... So that's it. This is a show I truly love. Its been about a year now since the Hotel Tango and the kids and pilot safetly returned home. I always watch every re-run on DK every night. I even jumped int this show when they were playing a marathon of it.
I really wish they would bring the show back, ot at least do one more episode to show them returning home and going back to their normal lives.
My favorite couple of the show is Nathan and Daley. Jackson and Melissa is sweet and nice, but there's something about Nathan and Daley together that seems so great.

8:00-8:02am- Break begins, my dad and I leave. I get the newspaper. We sit at a bench.

8:13-8:15am- Head back to workstation
8:15-9:57am- Work
9:57-10:00am- Go to lunch
10:00-10:26am- Eat lunch
10:26-10:29am- Head back to workstation

11:57am-12:00pm- Head to break
12:00-12:13pm- Break time- sit and drink water
12:13- 12:15pm- Head back to workstation
