Earlier this week the New York Yankees clinched the 2007 American League Wild Card position. After a dreadful start to the season, having a losing record at the Al-Star Break, They came back to have the best record in Baseball in the second half of the season and will soon go on to play in the post-season for the 13th consecutive year!!!!

Not only is this big news in baseball, by the Mets, who had a tremendous start in the beginning of the season, have now forgot how to win. They currently have a 8 game losing streak, have given up there spot of first place in the standings, where they had been for the past 135 games and now risk not making the playoffs at all!!!!

My first day of high school turn out to be a good one. I didnt get lost once, amazingly, because it is such a big building. Iwas happy withall my teachers and classes. I am not looking forward to Freshmen Friday, There are many people who will be after me. (I better stay home ) I am also not looking forward to the **** load of work I wiil be recieving. But I am looking forward to my Law class. I have a very hot teacher. She is very nice and she does not assign as much work, Not to mention that she is a big YANKEE FAN! I have a good feeling that I will do exceptionaly good in Law. Now that mostof the "fear" has left me, I hope to have a joyful experiance as a freshman in High School!!!

I dont have a girlfriend,   but it is still one of my favorite holidays.  Anybody here have a sweetheart?

Anyway, the weather he in New York has been horrible.  First it snowed, then we had freezing rain and then it snowed again.  The roads are horrible, layered with snow, ice, and snow.  Yet, we still had to go to school today, and we will be going again tommaro.  But its not too bad because we have the whole week off next week for winter recess.

Finnally, Spring training started yesterday. I cant wait until the regular season games get underway.

Sorry that I have not been on since last Wednesday but the internet was down on both my lap top and our main computor.  It was fixed last night. 

Yankee tickets went on sale today at 10:00.  I tried getting the tickets for a game against the Mets on the internet this morning, but they were all sold out.  It stinks because I tried getting them at 10:01 this morning but they were sold out anyway.  Those other fans are really fast.   So I will have to live with seeing another game this season, which is not bad because the Yankees will win against anybody.
