Disappearing subs

I have some submissions I submitted to a show that one of my friends edits, thinking they'll get approved. Still pending. He's never seen them in his queue. You're thinking, "wait, you told this story last week". Well those finally went through and I did a few more to see if the system was working yet! No joy!
