My generation created the computer and video game industry. and I have been right in the middle of it the whole time. Remember Atari Midi Maze the first of the first person shooters ever created and it was 1987. Remember playing wolfenstein 3D and Doom over DWANGO (Doom Wide-Area Network Game Organization). Stayed up all night playing Doom II against my best friends on a serial LAN until discovering a glitch that killed the game. Created levels for Doom II and Quake that were published all over the internet and even got me recognition at the local state fair when my LAN demonstration won first place using a Quake map of the local military base. It's been fun and now I have XboxLive and I am finally getting back in touch with my friends online so we can play games like Uno and Street Fighter II just like old times.
