Hey all! My name is Alan, and I've been a member of GameSpot since 2003. I began posting in 2004 as an active member of the Jak 3 board, back during the transitional period when the forums of GameSpot and GameFAQs were merging. I still occasionally go back to the forums to lurk or to post in topics that interest me. Nowadays I am a lot busier, being in college and all, but when I do have time for some internet community exploits, most of them occur at my forum, LJC (the URL is http://s4.zetaboards.com/LJC - you should check it out!). LJC, as some of you may know, was originally formed by members of the tight-knit community created at the Jak 3 board before the game was released in 2004. It was meant to be a safe haven of sorts from trolls and overly zealous moderators, and worked as such for some time. Now it is more of a "talk about anything" community, as members' interests have changed, and many new members have joined our ranks. Aside from the forums, I also enjoy watching movies (I like all kinds) and some TV (24!!!), and hanging out with friends. I am a computer science major at my college and I'm hoping to continue on to graduate school in the next few years. For more about me, well, talk to me! :P
