The Leave
As promised, I am still leaving TV.com. I really enjoyed discussing Big Brother 8 this summer with the few people that I still do know here. Now that it's over and I have reached 4,000 posts, my decision has not changed. Good bye to the few friends I have that still post here.
Even though I don't know many people here anymore, it was still a great 2+ years here, and the memories I have of better days and earlier times will always be remembered.
Leaving TV.com
All of my friends left so long ago, and I don't know why I stayed here. TV.com had slowly gone downhill, and I didn't know anyone anymore. I have gradually posted here less and less, and I had gone a few days without posting at all. I have decided that leaving TV.com is my best course of action. Maybe I'll be back some day for the occasional post, I don't know. I'll probably stay until I get 4,000 posts because that's pretty much the only reason I'm still here. The site is just not what it used to be, and there's nothing for me here anymore.
Survivor 8
I am finally getting my first hosting job on NAIE. I won the last Survivor game, so I am hosting the 8th installment. There are 22 castaways, the largest cast of any season of any game that we have done.
The game will be starting right after the move, and I can't wait.
I'm In College
I moved in yesterday at UMD. Luckily for me, I already know a bunch of people from high school, so I was able to hang out with a few people.
When classes start later this week, I'll be a lot busier, though. Right now, I'm trying to have a good time.

I'm Done with High School
This morning was last day of high school. I had my Calc exam, and it was the last thing I'll have to do for high school.
My graduation will be June 12th, and Scott Van Pelt (ESPN's Sports Center anchor) is giving the commencement speech.
Also, congratulations to everyone else out there who is graduating high school or college.

I Made $109 Today
This morning, my community had its annual yard sale. Everyone puts out their junk for a couple of hours and sees what they can sell. It is advertised in the local newspapers, so a lot of people stopped by my driveway. Surprisingly, I usually do pretty well.
This year was no exception. I sold most of the things I put out, including my old Gameboy Color with games (sold for $17), two binders full of hockey cards ($50), old clothes, board games, and more.
Unfortunately, I couldn't sell the "dog painting." It is a fairly nice (but also fairly old) painting of two dogs running, and it comes with a wooden frame. People always inquire about it, but year after year, no one seems to want to buy it.
As I explained in the title, I ended the day with a profit of $109 ($40 of which I had to share with my brother because some of the stuff was his). So forget every get-rich-quick scheme you know of, and start selling your junk!
