So, it's the 23rd of December, 2009. Christmas is looming around the corner. Turkey, presents and good will are so close that you jsut wish they weren't torturing you. It's only two freakin' days until we fall smack dab into Christmas, and our Yuletide traditions. What is everyone doing?(I'm pretty much playing my PS2 nonstop trying to get all my games finished before I get my PS3, and then on the Eve I'll be watching a Christmas Friends marathon[I'm So Lame moment #1], and then on the big day the whole family is coming over for dinner, as it should be of course).
PS, yesterday was my three year anniversary on GameSpot. I'd be more excited, but, you know, it's just the interwebz, no reason for excitement.

Well it's been about 3 or 4 weeks since my last blog and I figured that my life here is kind of dying slowly. So, I thought I would just give you an update or two into things in my life, in what will be one of my last blogs here.
I guess I started my blogs here not realising what it would turn into. I started off with my first blog back in September 2005 with a kind of rant about San Andreas. About how angry the game made me plus a mega-rant about the final mission. I then started blogging every time I levelled up here on Gamespot and my blogs kind of developed more and more into my personal life. And looking back on them, I've noticed a vast improvement in my grammar, typing speed, and that I've made some great friends here on Gamespot.
I suppose the deeper I went with my blogs into my personal life the harder it is to take steps backwards away from it and so I think with this blog I will give you my last few weeks and what I hope to come in my life.
Well my last blog was about The Dark Knight which has quickly become one of my favourite movies and has me almost infatuated with Heath Ledger... Who now ranks highly with my favourite actors... Christian Bale, Ben Affleck, Mark Wahlberg, Clive Owen, Gary Oldman, Jean Reno, and the list could go on and on. So, I have now seen The Dark Knight 5 times; once more and I match my personal best of Small Soldiers in the cinema when I was younger.
The job at the local Cinema is going well, its long hours and pay isn't pretty but getting a payday every fortnight is nice and you can't really argue with free films!
Oh and I almost forgot, yesterday our A Level results were out. Considered I could have tried harder if I were aiming for going to University or something, I am quite pleased with my 3 passes 
But as I said, right now, I'm not interested in going to Uni, when you start earning money Full Time, it's tough to go back to learning and earning less. With my first paycheck I thought I'd treat myself so I bought a limited edition hand-painted 10" Joker figurine... With only 6000 being made and officially licensed this is surely an investment at £80 too. So that was a sort of congratulations to myself, not many people nowadays apply for their first ever job, and get a first ever interview and get the job! I have since bought a new cell phone/mobile phone with my paychecks and about 40 new DVDs in the space of a month
In future, I intend to rent a place with my best friend and just have a lot of studentesque fun. Obviously right now I am happy with the money I am earning considered the type of work I do, but will certainly try to further myself into something more suited for my abilities. I don't know what I will be doing with my life as nobody can predict the future, which is scary, but I gotta hope for the best I suppose.
So, I suppose this is goodbye.
It has been a rollercoaster ride over the past 3 years or so but overall it's been a nice outlet for me to spend some free time, chat about some of my favourite things in life.. Games all over the site, films at The DVD Collectors Union, and all things British in the UK Discussion

What the hell is going on with these games? I think I speak for everyone when I say that they f'ed up on this one, right?
I mean seriously, compare Smackdown vs RAW 08 to Here Comes the Pain, and I think that the whole Gamespot community would agree HCtP is by far the better game. It's as if they are trying to make us not buy the series! TNA could make a better game! (They are by the look of it so far)
SvR 08 was the biggest let down ever. The Roster got smaller, the stats were completely wrong (Cena should never EVER be higher than Undertaker or Triple H), 24/7 Mode was a complete waste, and the movesets were a huge let down as well. NO Benoit, NO Londrick (again), NO Three Stages of Hell! My favourite match type is gone!!
IMO they need to buck up they're ideas. Here is a list of things I think they need to include to save SvR 09 and later titles:
1. Custom Music for all consoles
2. A much better CAW system, more options, not just different colors!
3. Different attires
4. MUCH better Season Mode. It is getting worse! They should make it like the one from No Mercy where it goes on forever. Sure, it's unrealistic, but it adds more options to the game.
5. Not a major point, but the ability to determine the winner in GM Mode.
6. A HUGE moveset list, grab moves from other promotions if neccessary.
7. The right names for all the moves. Flip Bottom? LOL
8. Way more match types. I Quit, Falls Count Anywhere, Street Fight, etc.
9. Create a Match mode.
10. Create an Arena mode.
11. Fixed Commentary. *Chair Shot* STONE COLD STUNNER!!! Just aint right.
12. More Titles in Title match mode! ECW TV Title, ECW Tag Team Titles, Old Belt options, etc.
13. More CAW Slots
14. Downloadable Content!!! I can't stress this one enough! What if the player wants to use old WWF/E superstars like Scott Hall, Davey Boy Smith, Marty Jannetty, etc. What if they want extra attires and arenas? More Match types? Downloadable content for ALL versions would be way better than 24/7 Mode and Legends.
15. Divas in all match types.
16. Divas need to bleed!!
17. Last but not least, they have to have Chain Moves. If I go for a Powerbomb, my friend could reverse it into a Hurricanrana which I could reverse into a pin. It adds for more realism.
