simply beautiful.
He writes the most beautiful pieces of music. My favorite, is from the Aberdeen sountrack, the song is called "The Beginning of the Story". It makes me cry every time. but not in a sad why. It's just so pretty.
I am looking forward to listening to more of his music. I have just ordered his "Bleu" one.
If only I could write such beautiful masterpeices...

As a listener of punk, pop, stereotypical music, I find it a pleasure to find a band like the A.D.O.R becuase it is far away from perfection. The lead singer has chosen not to perfect her voice to that of any other singer. She keeps her own style of music and talent. And it is a breathe of fresh air to hear it, even if it came from a "Black Tongue".

It may be gloomy but "Maps" hits all the right notes. Following their previous growly releases "Date With the Night" and the short but sweet "Pin", a soft tune with a beautiful melody followed amd "Maps" really gives Karen O the chance to shine and prove that she's not all about the growling.
A beautiful piece of rock music, "Maps" is soft on the ears but still has the makings of a rock anthem and is evidence of why The A.C.T. have fared so well in the music industry and why they deserve to be more popular than they already are.

The Yeah Yeah Yeahs may appear disturbing at first glance, but once given a chance they prove themselves well worth your time. Karen O's voice is more of a growl then a scream, and in this context nothing would work better. She isn't your average female lead singer with the soft voice of an angel. She is a hard-hitting, truth-speaking revolutionary. All of their songs have atleast one line that will be stuck in your head for weeks. Along with finding yourself singing outloud, you will also find yourself wishing you had as much edge as they prove to withhold.

Not perfect but not bad either. Too bad in a month's time, I would probably get sick of this song. But for now, it's all good.
