Miser Rock ate a load of Gears

Hello everyone, Thursday and yesturday went quick at least becasue I was working for Oxfam but I always take my MP3 player with me where ever I go. I've downloaded the new Final Fantasy 13 Theme Song "Because You're Here" (Kimi ga Irukara), by Sayuri Sugawara. I really like the theme song for Final Fantasy XIII. It was also heard on the Japanese radio stations a few days ago thats how I managed to download the song.

I went to Yo Sushi again and I had one of there winter menu's which wasthe Beef Curry Udon Soup. MMM, I really loved it it had slices of Beef, carrots, onions and Udon Noodles in Curry Broth with benl shoga (Red pickled ginger).

I wanted to pick up AIR GEAR Volume 14 since I'm a fan of the series. But there was a big clear out sale at Travelling Man they were selling Manga, comics and Graphic Novels. I bought Utopia's Avenger and Haridama both £1 each.

Newcastle has there christmas stuff almost evreywhere now, the streets are full of people and it was packed today along with the Newcastle match today as well.

My review of Gitaroo Man Lives is up on Gamespot if anyone is interested. Thats all for now sorry if my title blog is random.

Kill Chill and some DJ Valkyria Impressions

Busy week for me because last Monday and Tuesday I was doing this 2 Day course which helps people find jobs and hopefully I should be able to get a Job sooner or Later. Been working for Oxfam today and going working there tomorrow and Friday just for this week. Then got Drama on Saturday and have been working on our performance which will hopefully make the audiance laugh at least.

Alot of places have got Modern Warfare 2 Midnight Launches almost in every Retail store in Newcastle including the Metro Centre which I don't go that often. Because most stuff I get are always in Newcastle.

Modern Warfare 2 Logo by BetterLivingThroughChemistry.

I was in HMV today and I tried out the new DJ HERO, the contoller was alot like a DJ set but with 3 coloured buttons unlike Guitar Hero controller it has 5 finger coloured buttons.

You only press the buttons to hit the notes and stracth the CD up and down real fast making some funky noises as you can see above you, it's not thunder marks like on Guitar Hero you have to tilt the Guitar up for to boost your score. Your stratching the CD, if you see siqqly notes you can hold and press the buttons to get DJ sound voices. I was playing it on Normal and it felt to easy and then tried playing it on Expert which seem sort of right so a strange reason for me because I was always terrible playing Expert on Guitar Hero series.

What do you all think of DJ HERO? Waste of Money on the price? or Do you like the idea of a DJ game based of Guitar Hero?

Ok next topic up,

My copy of the first Valkyria Chronicles is still stuck in my 60GB PS3 and been wanting to play it because I was halfway through the first game and then my 60 GB caught the Yellow Light of Death. But anyways I downloaded Valkyria Chronicles 2 Demo of the Japanese Playstation Network.

Story takes place 2 years after the first game, but yes I will beat the first game before getting the sequel during next year. In the Japanese demo there was Training and there was Battle where you have to take over the Enemy terrority and taking out the enemy soliders. Like the first game the controls didn't feel different your just useing the left analog stick to move, square to Aim and X to fire. Circle was to to take cover behind defences, when you've taken over the Enemy terrority you use the shoulder buttons L and R to move to the next map area.

If your a fan of the first game you can download it from the Japanese Playstation Network and is 85MB on your Memory stick.

I went Yo Sushi during my Lunch break the other day and I wanted to try some of there new menu's they had on. They had Beef Curry Udon Soup, Garlic Pepper Edamame and Duck Udon Soup. The Kill Chill are broken down into 2 voulmes but they got the name off the film Kill Bill Vol 1 and 2. Which are both great movies by the way.

(Sorry it's not the real photothis is just one I found on Google Images)

I tried the Duck Udon Soup which was really spicy but sweet as well. It hadof slices ofduck, shiitake, carrot, onion and udon noodles in dashi broth with coriander and red chilli. I loved the meal along with the Green Tea and is a worthy soup I would have again. But wouldn't trying out there other menus like the Beef Curry.

Thats all for now see you all later.

How random can you get?

Still no reply back from the job for Archive Assistant for the Discovery Museum I should hear a reply soon for an interview. But other then that I didn't do much during Halloween a couple of drinks and watching the first two HALLOWEEN movies on BBC 2.

And now most places in supermarkets and in retail storeshave all got there Christmas stuffup, It's too early for Christmas for Sparda's Sake!!!! whats next? Snow covered in Blood? I like to see that "Whats this, Whats this?, There's Blood in the air and everywhere,"- Changing the lyrics to "Whats This?" from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Picked up Gitaroo Man Lives for £2.50 the other daywhich was a total bargin since I lived the Plasytation 2 version. The PSP is more of a port but they changed a few things first off the second level which was "Flyin'To Your Heart"in the PS2 version was Japanese but in the PSP version is in English I was singing the Japanese version while I was playing the 2nd Level in the PSP version.

The PSP version had two new tracks for Duet Mode which were Metal Header and Toda Passion both songs were great to listen to. Review will be up soon, but overall I would highly recommand you picking up the Playstation 2 version for controls, but if you can't find it just get the PSP version.

I've still got the Playstation 2 version which was the best rytham game along with the Guitar Hero seriesand is My 46th All Favourite Game which were blogged about a year ago.

I did a random quick drawing during my Coffee Break while I was at Oxfam the other day.

God of War 3 Demo Impressions

There's been some spare downloadable codes online from other sites for a demo key to God of War III, It's basically the same demo as the one that we've all seen at this years E3 09 and Tokyo Gameshow 09. I did not know there were Demo keys for God of War 3 but here's my impression of the Demo and what I thought of it.

Kratos: You won't like me, when I'm angry. (Starts turning into the Hulk)

I was really impressed with the Graphics that have been poured into the Playstation 3 for God of War 3, so much blood and gore everywhere. I defindently stabs the heart of other next-gen games such as Halo 3 and Mario Galaxy I'm not saying there bad games or anything it's just graphics look wow.

Fans of the series will know that gameplay is still the same as it was for God of War 1 and 2 for the PS2. You can grab on to flying enemies and stab them to make the fly faster to get across to the other side. You can also use Cestus which were the Iron Fist gloves where you can do some heavey damge to stronger enemies.

The best part of the demo was ripping enemies and ripping the head of the Sun Goddest Helios. But I've also enjoyed seeing Kratos ripping the cyclops eye out.

Brew HA HAH HA, can't wait to pick up God of War 3 next year for 2010 along with Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep and Bayonetta (But hopefully SEGA might fixes the problems for the PS3 version). But I must say I was really impressed with the Demo of God Of War III.

Trick or treat till the neighbors gonna die of fright

Reached Level 45: Mishima Zaibatsu, which turns out to be somthing out of the Tekken series.

(I do not own this image)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!! Guys and Dolls.

I don't think I'll be doing much tonight, but there are times wish I wasa kid again becasue when I was alot younger. I did go out Trick or Treating and it turns out I got money off alot from people more then sweets. Then the next day I used that money to buy sweets from my local newsagent.

Last Thursday night went to see Jimmy Carr with my sister at Newcastle City Hall.

For those who don't know whoJimmy Carris, he's a British Comedian with alot of Rude and offensive jokes. Most of his jokes at the Comdey stand were funny as hell. Alot of people were wanting to hear more of his offensive jokes which he got in trouble from his last comdey stands.

If you listen to Podcast UK, once again I've won anothor competition but it was for a Downloadble game of the Playstation Network.

Comet Crash is a Tower-Defence Stratgy game with over 28 arenas with Thrphoy support and online multiplayer. After playing it for a few hours turns out to be an addicitive game if your into RPG/Stratgy game.

Thats all for now enjoy your Halloween night if your doing anything.
