i dont think i have ever been so hyped for some games as i was these last few months, first it was megaman 9 which completely delivered on all my expectations once i got my hands on it. and before i got to play it, i drooled over the trailer on youtube almost daily. and then came december when persona 4 was released and disgaea already out.... i couldnt wait to get my hands on either of them. and now, i have managed to get a hold of both of them over the course of the week. indeed, the awesomeness is so thick in the air you would have to cut it with an axe. awesome is a good word too, because the best way i could describe the disgaea series is as a "clusterf&@k of awesome." and there are also some shockingly awesome simularities between the persona 4 and disgaea 3 releases. both are retailing for 10$ cheaper than the msrp of the other puny games that dare share shelf space next to them, and both come with FREE SOUNDTRACKS?!?!? i know! its like getting icing ontop of the cake ontop of the free soundtrack. and while the p4 soundtrack is great, the "custom soundtrack" you get with disgaea 3 covers the entire series how sweet of them! both games are amazing and wont disappoint their fans but i will hold off judgement and a proper review until i have beaten them.

good song title eh? well you cant do it because im going to do it so too late for you fool!!! so after a 5 month long quest, my epic journy to find a wii has come to an end. i have already started to pump up my stats in wii sports cuz virtual athletics is more my cup of tea. the only sad thing is that because i have already played and beaten the wii paper mario, there arent any good games for me to play through. all i have for me to do is beat twilight princess though that will give me a couple hours of gameplay for sure. even so, i think ill fill that game void by picking up some GC titles i missed out on. i think the only problem with games for the wii is that everyone will be looking to produce a game using the wii controller as a gimick and not just making a game to work with controller. RE4 may have saved the gamecube but it is totally a wii game. aiming the gun, the reaction sequences, it all screams wii. id just like to say that i totally called the wii version of that game way before they announced it. that said, i was really disapointed when i heard that the wii resident evil game was gonna be a rail shooter. as big of an re fan that i am, i still never played those god aweful crimes against humanity called gun survivor. what the wii could really go for is a cool sword fighting game. so other than my wii there is nothing that new to report in game land. i have been on an adventure quest binge recently cuz i got nemesis armor for my gaurdian and ive been crunching levels. i got fami tracker a while ago too and stupid adventure quest has been in the way of me making music. oh yeah and im gonna drop a cluster bomb of reviews on gamespot sometime soon probably maybe.  thats about it fo rite now so keeps it real and dont smoke rock...

 

BTW, im still waiting for time crisis wii.

i knew grouping it with GTA would be a good idea. i figured i would defend the movie now. for all the people im sure put in comments on how i should have "blah blah" game in the vid because those games were so much more violent realize that i did this for a school project to showcase a variety of games through different eras. i also used basically stuff i had on my computer to fraps for my own footage for both ease and speed. pretty much the only stuff i didnt get from my own stuff was GTA and RE4 but those kind of had to be in the movie so thats why they were. and yes, that means i have an N64 and PS1 emu so suck on that fools. so basically i just threw something together with games i knew and loved and wanted to be in my movie. also i needed to showcase some of my hardcore BF2 knife pwnage. my fav is when i switch out from a pkm to the knife and charge like 10 yards to pwn some fool knife style so roflcopterlicous its practically boner inducing. oh yeah and the NIN didnt hurt either. yeah my movie is great

i havent updated the old blog here cuz well i havent had any spectacular game experiences.  im still looking to get a wii but finding one in stores right now is harder than finding the wii in my pants... (just kidding, ladies) as for games nothing new to report except i got the northern strike expansion for 2142.  if you havent got it yet but play a lot of 2142 its worth the 10$ if you ask me and im a cheap kind of guy.  of course, my ea link is totally busted.  im not sure if anybody else has this problem but none of the online graphics appear and all my folders (games, patches, ect..) show as empty unless i clear my cache. unfourtunatly, only the one time after it refills the cache after i login will it show the crap.  after i shutdown or close ea link, the problem comes back again.  on thier official help site i was told this problem could be from corrupted portions of ea link itself and the only way to solve this was a complete wipe of ea link from my system.  i would need to keep the registration stuff, you know so the games i bought still work, and it said clearly that messing with this sort of registration stuff and wiping the program could cause problems for my operating system and that the steps given should only be done by a "computer expert."  yeah, no ty.  why go through all that crap when ea link could just as well start doing the same thing all over again.  luckily, its not too much of a problem to deal with for me to get what i need out of ea link.  so yeah way to go on that ea.  their new moto should be "E  A  bugs... theyre in the game!!"  im actually kind of scared knowing ea will be distributing spore.  as for games, im playing guild wars the most right now.  for some reason i just cant wait for the new chapter.  i just keep pacing the room waiting for the new chapter to be announced.  i mean, there will be new proffessions right??  i sure hope it comes around spring time as is the 2 a year plan.  in gamespot news ive noticed my video is closing in on 5k views.  i knew grouping it under grand theft auto was a good idea.  in other game website news im going to submit a few photos for jinx for their new promo because i want free stickers damnit!  oh and btw usually my music news doesnt come with game news but ive been on a chiptunes binge as of late.  hmmm i guess thats good enough for a 3 month or so update, hope you didnt read all of that crap. ;D
