This album is far over-rated. The beats throughout the album are horrendous, with the exception of "dual of the iron mic," living in the world today," and "shadowboxin." The lyrics are great, and the wu members who appear on the album are as good as usual. And I love the kung fu skits and the fighting at the beginning of dual of the iron mic. It goes well with his style. If the beats were actually decent, I would give this album a much better grade.
