Endurance 2 ORG Sign-Ups!
Hey everyone!

I started up the Endurance 2 ORG on the Fun & Games forums and this time, there is an added element to the game (but it is basically the same set up as last year's game) and there is an Application process.

The Application Process is quick, simple and all you need to do is go to the game on the Fun & Games Forums and check out the application (the 1st post on the 1st page) and send me a PM with your application!

You don't need to be a fan of the show, Endurance to play because last year, most people who played, have not seen the reality show before but had a really fun time!

So, please Sign up IF YOU ARE ONLINE OFTEN and are ready to play a fun, competitive, Survivor-like game on TV.com!

I have 6 appliacations so far and there is room for plenty more!

Thanks,
Until Next Time,
AJ

Summer and Hopefully My Last Major Snag

Yeah, it's June, and I haven't progressed much on that fanfic.

To make a short story long, I haven't been able to get re-started on it. I had another, long, writing project in April, so that certainly slowed things down. Then, my AP US History class got VERY stressful in May with an immoral amount of homework. And, afterwards, the finals in June.

Somehow, all of my written planning for the fanfic ended up in the trash can. Not to mention, the eighth episode kept getting deleted by my sister. After a while, I got bored of re-writing the same sections over and over and over and...you get the picture. It's hard for me to write something unless I'm inspired to do it, and it's hard to be inspired when I'm writing out the same, boring events.

The good news? Well, it's summer, and I have a lot of time on my hands. Plus, it's been a long time since I looked at the surviving fragments of episode eight, so it feels less tiresome to write it out again.

Something in my gut tells me that this story won't be done until after Halloween, but I'm trying my hardest to make sure that it won't happen! I'd like to see the entire rough draft by the end of the summer, which, frankly, is the hardest part. It should be pretty simple to convert everything into a post-able format and do a few final revisions.

And, now that I've made a new post, I need to reveal a character that won't be involved in my version of TDA. Unfortunately, I have to say that DJ won't be a contestant. Sorry, DJ fans!

Busy Summer, and Simpsons Five

Finally doing a blog

I'm doing a lot of things this summer. Probably in early June, I will be doing a bike trip from Washington D.C. to Pittsburgh which spans 320 miles! I've never done a trip this long before, two years ago I went on a 3 day backpacking trip but certainly not this long. But the coolest thing is to get to D.C. I am going to take a train, which is new to me.

Also, I'll probably be doing a lot of volunteering near my area. Probably at schools and the zoo near my house.

And I decided to post my top 5 Simpsons Episodes: Look for 6-10 in my next blog!

1.Cape Feare
2.Duffless
3.Bart Sells His Soul
4.The Last Temptation of Homer
5.Bart the Murderer

Big McLargehuge

After coming back and exclaiming that I would be back to posting blogs, you may have noticed I quietly disappered again. For some random reason, I was unable to get onto a few random websites at work any longer, Tv.com being one. And then, just as suddenly, I was again. Go figure.

Today I would like to take a moment to pay tribute to one of my favorite shows no longer on the air. Mystery Science Theater 3000 . It was perhaps one of the most random yet funniest shows with the smallest budget imaginable. If you have never seen it before, walk, don't run to Youtube and check out any clip. Last night I was checking out some old MST3K clips and ran across one of the funniest episodes I'd ever seen and almost forgotten about it. The episode featured the movie Space Mutinay. And every time the main character came on, the MST3K boys invented a new name for him. Check out this quick clip for a montage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFHlJ2voJHY. And please be sure not to drink while watching.

Here is the full list of names:

Slab Bulkhead
Fridge Largemeat
Punt Speedchunk
Butch Deadlift
Bold Bigflank
Splint Chesthair
Flint Ironstag
Bolt VanderHuge
Thick McRunFast
Blast Hardcheese
Buff Drinklots
Slab
Hunk
Flink
Trunk Slamchest
Fist Rockbone
Stump Beefknob
Smash Lampjaw
Punch Rockgroin
Buck Plankchest
Stump Chunkman
Dirk Hardpec
Rip Steakface
Slate Slabrock
Crud Bonemeal
Rip Slagcheek
Punch Sideiron
Gristle McThornBody
Slake Fistcrunch
Buff Hardbackob Johnson
Blast Thickneck
Crunch Buttsteak
Slab Squatthrust
Lump Beefbroth
Touch Rustrod
Reef Blastbody
Big McLargeHuge
Smoke Manmuscle
Pete Punchbeef
Pack Blowfist
Roll Fizzlebeef

With my favorite of course being Big McLargehuge. I've been giggling all day over this!

Sigh... I miss this show something wicked!

723 Days Single

I don't know what to do about it anymore. I still have a crush on my RA but there is a rule that it's not permitted for RA's to date anybody in their dorm. It really sucks. I really like her but I don't think she's going to compromise for that rule. Why? Honestly, I look at all the bad things that have happened to me and they're piling up.

College sucks. I really don't want to be here anymore. My roommates always leave on the weekend and I'm all alone. A lot of people leave for the weekends. My parents have 3 other kids to take care of. I can't just go home whenever I want. I just want to go home. I wasn't ready to be around stuff like this. I knew it right when I graduated high school. That will go down as the second worst day of my life (first was when I found out my Nan-Nan died). I knew it was going to make a big change in my life and I wasn't going to like it. Turns out I was right.

Anastasia's just the best thing that's happened to me since I've arrived here at Penn State: Altoona. She really does care about her students that's for sure. I've talked to her a little bit and she really is a good person. I wish I could get to know her a little bit better. If I ever do start a relationship, it's going to be based on love. I'm not in it for pleasure. I need that person there that's going to love me and my parents aren't here so I need to rely on that girlfriend that I want so bad. Does everyone understand what I'm talking about?

I can only hope for the best. Maybe things will change and we can start something near the end of the year and keep it over the summer. She may go to main campus next year but I can wait for her. I know I can. If that's what it takes, then I will wait for her. I just wish that things were different. I'd do anything for this girl (that's legal). I really do care about her and I think that this caring will grow each day as I'm here with her at Penn State: Altoona. I really hope that she will one day feel the same way about me.

Need Support from Everyone!
Ok, next Monday, I am having a surgery to remove my overly huge adenoids. They say it's a very simple procedure, but you never know. I need prayers, people!

On the lighter side, I've decided to join Mock Trial and the Italian club at my new school. Mock Trial goes to competition from regional to national, if we're good enough. So support!!!

Thank you for your attention for all of 30 seconds. Go along with your lives now.
