Nice shading and such (though the picture on the wall looks out of place, but I can't put my finger on why).

That guy really shouldn't put a gun to his head like that, it's dangerous.

Very nice, good atmosphere, and the perspective on the pills looks great. If you made it so either the foreground or background was slightly out of focus, it would look very realistic.
