The day I've been DREADING (LMAO!)

I've been on the fence for a long time now about whether or not to get dreadlocks and I finally caved in and today I had them done. It took about 8 hours (which isn't too bad for "home-made dreads") and some of the time it was pretty damn painful. Either way they look pretty kick-arse and I'm quite happy with them but they've still got a long way to go (they take around a year to fully lock up).

To anyone who might actually read this, so basically no-one, I'll post some pics soon. But you don't really want to see my ugly mug, really.

Well I had stupidly curly hair before. Almost a 'fro in fact. It was bad.

Unfortunatly, they wouldn't stay in properly and my hair became a war zone of tangled hair. It wasn't pretty. I was able to comb them out at the expense of a lot of hair. I know I won't be trying that again.
