Man Have I been busy! I havent been on the computer much at all due to the fact that I have been working, spending more time with my family, helping out some people i know, trying to earn some extra cash, and stuff like that so computer stuff and video games haven't really been big this summer. Though i did manage to play some Killzone 2 and that rocked.
School Starts soon and that pretty much means I will be on Gamespot, Giantbomb, and my PS3 ALOT more due to the fact that all my busy stuff is pretty much only happening in the summer. So I will definetly be on alot in august to may, and I will write it down somewhere that I need to get on gamespot and giantbomb more.
Also I would love to hear your E3 thoughts and such with you guys so feel free to send me a PM about any of these new awesome games that will be out.
Due to recient events during the deployment, I can no longer find enough time, or words, to properly maintain this blog.
If anyone would like to continue to find out whats happening you can go ahead and contact me via myspace or aim.

My little sister wants a DS but I have heard that PSP's are better. What do you all think? Should she get a DS or a PSP?
Gameplay: 8
Graphics: 9
Sound: 10
Value: 8
Tilt: 9
Now, I know for sure that the gameplay and value will go up for Subsistence. Sound might stay the same and Tilt, too. There's a slight possibility that Graphics will go down a point since it's been an entire year.
Here's what I think the category scores are going to be for Susistence:
Gameplay: 9
Graphics: 9
Sound: 10
Value: 9
Tilt: 9
That's like a score of 9.1, but if the graphics goes down or the gameplay stays as an 8, it will get an 8.9, barely out of an AAA score.
SO, I think Subsistence will barely get AAA (9.1) or almost AAA (8.9). I can't wait to see what happens!
Ive tried to get those pixels out but i guess i couldnt
ill try some more, well here it is:

I have changed the Portable Gaming Network to the Gaming and Design Network. I wanted to do this so the forum wouldn't be so limited as far as what conversations could go on within it. Also, I did this to help people get more involved in making games, weather they are interested or have been making them already. It's kind of like a link between designers and gamers. Poeple can even submit their games to be downloaded in the download database in the Union. Well, if you want, click the link below and tell me what you guys think of it so far.

In other news, my Xbox, PS2, and PSP are gone, the money I recieved from those and games for those systems to finance this new laptop.
I seriously recommend this laptop for anybody looking for a desktop replacement that can be taken with you on the road for LAN parties and the such.
Keep on the grind.
I remember it clearly. I was being home-schooled at the time, and I remember waking up around 8:15. After I had showered, and as I was getting dressed, I turned on the TV a few minutes before 9:00. As I was channel surfing, I stopped on The Today Show on NBC. It was weird, though, because they were showing a picture of one of the World Trade Center towers, with smoke coming out of it. So I sat down on my bed and watched, trying to figure out what was going on. Then, a few minutes later, a huge fireball erupted from the other tower. By now, I was in shock. I had no idea what was happening. As I kept listening, they said that two planes had flown into the Twin Towers. One could have just been a freak accident. But two planes.....now I knew something was up. Then I remember my mother running up the steps and watching it with me, and then I remember her calling my dad to tell him about it. We were all in shock then. I don't remember much about the next thirty minutes, but I remember around 9:45, I was finishing up my breakfast when the first tower collapsed. I was in a state of unbelief. Then, about half an hour later, as I was about to leave with my mother to pick my grandmother up from the hospital, I remember watching Peter Jennings on ABC News, when the second tower collapsed. I remember the piercing shock in his voice when the collapse took place. I turned the TV off.
When we arrived at the hospital, it was a different sight. People were silent, gathered together in rooms with televisions, stunned and almost horrified at what had happened. Everyone was in a sense of disbelief. But through the shock and horror of it all, it brought us together. It united us as one America. On that day, we didn't see blacks or whites.....we saw Americans. We didn't see rich men or poor men.....we saw Americans. We didn't see Christians or atheists.....we saw Americans. We didn't see Democrats, Republicans, or even Independents.....we saw Americans. Now if only we could have kept that outlook past that fateful day...

In memory of all who died on September 11, 2001.
Rest in peace.
