Got MW2 Today!
I got Modern Warfare 2 (Hardened Edition) today and played a few missions - I must say it is awesome! I'll post more at the weekend when I've played it a bit more.
4 Years On GameSpot
Well, as of today I've been on GameSpot for four years. I've seen a lot of change over the site in that time, and perhaps now the site is less populated and less enthusiastic, the community is still going strong. As games become a even bigger medium, perhaps even overtaking films soon, perhaps this site will improve and prosper again.
I Got A MAG Beta Invitation!
I just received a MAG beta invitation! I'm going to go straight to my PS3 now and download it, then post here on what it's like. It looks awesome - I can't wait!
Xbox 360 Users Must Pay for Twitter, Facebook! PS3 Gets It For Free!
http://www.destructoid.com/xbox-360-twitter-and-facebook-only-available-to-gold-users-146297.phtml
When Microsoft announced Twitter and Facebook would be integrated into the Xbox 360, all the Microsoft fans went "Ha! Now we can do it too! PS3 sucks!". Who's laughing now? You have to pay Gold membership to access something that you can access or your computer, or on a PS3, for free! Talk about fail! Most 360 fanboys will be like "we don't care about them anyway", but you can't deny how excited about it you were at E3. So much for the 360's online being better than PS3's!

Subscription and ads for Xbox Live!? Ha ha!
So it would seem that Xbox Live users will now have to look at advertising and pay their subscription (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=218613). I find that hilarious! Isn't the whole point of paying subscription is that you get a good service and don't have to look at ads? Yet us PS3 owners don't have to pay, don't have to look at ads, don't have to pay a subscription, yet get practically get the same service. When will 360 owners realise they are being ripped off? Don't they realise all these things make the PS3 much cheaper than the Xbox in the long run? Some people who bought their 360 when it first came out must have already shelled out much more than it would cost them to get a PS3, even at the prices back then.
