My FIRST PC game experience!

so i found out about this site were it tells u if ur PC can play certain games (courtasy of bl00draven)....and i found out my new PC can play a handfull of good games, from HL2 too DOOM3 and civilization 4

i bought Half Life2, and let me tell u, IT BLEW MY F-ING MIND AWAY!!!! the graphics!, the physics!, blowing sh!t up!!!!....i was never really a fan of FPS's, and now i see why i wasnt, cause i wasnt playing them on the PC, as my first FPS game on the PC, it took awhile for me too get used to the controlls, and im a total n00blet wen it comes to counter strike

cant wait too beat HL2 though, i just got past the Ravenholm place, which btw, SCARED THE JESUS JUICE OUT OF ME!!!!...and now im driving the buggy, and so far this game just keeps getting better and better

im thinking of getting either DOOM3 or CIVILIZATION4 after i beat HL2, dont know for sure if i would like a game like CIV4, never played RTS games before

Nice! I like FPS but I've never played on my PC... oh btw, get Doom 3, no, get F.E.A.R , I heard it's awesome

F.E.A.R is the best FPS that has ever been made if u ask me i even tryed getting on the beta for the new FEAR but they turned me down but if u can run FEAR at to spec get it i spent �1000 on a new pc really just so i could run FEAR

dam bloodraven!...1000!!! all i wana spend on my PC is a new graphics card and maybe up the ram a bit, i checked if it can play FEAR, but it couldnt....if i remember right, it barely passed the minimul requirements

btw, i heard that DOOM3 is really scary(which is good for me) but that it really REALLY hard and that it gets boring after a while.....is that true???

You should check out the original Half-Life, the graphics arent that good but the gameplay and story will left you in a coma

If you want something more scary than Doom 3 try System Shock 2 (another old one) but this one really freaks you out for good

i have the first Half-Life, it came with HL2, i bought the GOTY award game, and that comes with SOurce HL2, HL1, HL2 deatmatch and lost cost, and finally counter strike Source, it was the best bang for my buck ive ever had, it only cost me like about $40

I'm not sure if your PC will run BF2 (If you can run HL2 with mid-high settings then you should be able to) but If it can then get it! It's an amazing online FPS that never really gets old.

i live to game and game to live....thats all u should really kno about me, but if u wana stalk me, im also really into cars and have some knowledge of mechanics......im REALLY into stealth type games, so u should immediatly know that im a huge,HUGE,HHUUGGEE MGS fan....i also enjoy the ff series, although any other rpgs i dont mess with.........and just for the record, FPSs are so overrated
