It's Much Too Late for Goodbye

Well, sometimes life happens. Between substitute teaching, babysitting my 3 year old, and a host of other duties, my TV.Com time has been down to zero. I just happened to have a few minutes and I thought I would drop by and say hello.

TV wise things are really good right now. 24 is back on the air and having a great season so far. Although, it's "off with a bang" start was saddening.

Battlestar has now matured past most of the expected twists and turns from the original series. The only thing left to mine from the original is the knowledge of Baltar's betrayal and that could take some time to come up.

Apparantly, there have been many changes going on around here. Are they for the better?

I'm not sure I like the new changes yet. Ever since the upgrade my profile his been cursed with the WSoD. I sure wish they'd get that fixed.

Stupid site. I got the WSoD double post and then I couldn't correct it because I suddenly couldn't access any blog. Looks like the rest of them are back but I still get the WSoD for mine.

Hey, what's up?

Glad to see you're keeping busy. Too much time on the PC isn't good. You get that disease that gives you a flat butt.

As for the changes, they're much for the better. The forums are a lot nicer. Better signatures, too. Some of the problems remain and a few new ones arose but all and all, the site is much better off.

Hope you get at least 5% more TV.com time.

DD, it's nice to hear from you! It's nice to see that you got a life away from here. And as for the changes around here, I wuld say no way are the changes for the better. Unless they fix all the bugs around here surrounding the re-relaunch and the other bugs, I won't change my answer. Welcome back, even if it is for 5 minutes or so.

Good to see you, DD! Glad the stuff keeping you away is all positive and not negative.

The latest changes around here haven't been for the better. WSoD is back with a vengeance.

And now I'm hearing Julian Lennon in my head...Oh! There's something. An actor I sorta know is going to be doing a one-man show about John Lennon. He's opening in Australia the end of February.

I too am glad to see the twists that BSG is taking since they are all new to me (never watched the old show).

I am a 30 something living just outside Nashville, TN. I am very happily married. Dana is my wife's name and I am Dana's dude, David. We have two daughters. Emily is 6 years old and in the 1st grade. Audrey is 2 and is learning to talk. I am a recent graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Business Administration degree. I am hoping to get a job in teaching after I obtain a teaching license.
